Do not buy from this company !!!!!!!! Customer service appalling & think I’m going to have problem getting my money back .Will come back & update FULL story later but just want to make sure I warn any bank holiday shoppers !!!!!
Ordered a piece of furniture, however a few days on was told it would be in their warehouse within a week but the very next day I received a call to say the piece had been discontinued therefore ‘do I want something else?’ ‘Absolutely not’ I replied! ‘Refund —- pronto!’ They told me that I must write request a refund in writing. 10 days on and they have not even begun the refund process. Therefore, these deplorable criminal weasels will be hearing from the police very shortly! POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE — TRUSTPILOT IS REPLETE WITH DISGRUNTLED RIPPED OFF CUSTOMERS !!
Purchased table and chairs, supposed to be solid oak. Both started to split and peel after a few months, contacted but not very helpful and basically told me I had not looked after them as per instructions which was untrue and the info they supplied about real wood was a load of tosh! My son works with wood and disagreed with their explanation. I would not buy from this shop again considering the amount of money I paid ( well over £1000) I would have expected a higher level of customer service
