I recently bought some really nice clothes from this shop and I have to say, I am really impressed with the service and the clothes themselves. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help with any questions or requests I have. They always answer the phone quickly and never rush me off the line. There's a great selection of clothes to choose from, which is awesome. Maybe it would be even better if they gave more info about the fabric used in each item though, as sometimes it's a bit unclear in the descriptions. The prices are good for the quality of the clothes, and the returns policy is really easy to follow. The customer service team sorted out any problems I had really quickly. All in all, I'm really pleased with the quality of the clothes and the service from this company.
Skirt too small, thin material, creased
I was really disappointed with my recent purchase from The House of Bruar. I ordered a skirt in size medium, but when it arrived, it was way too small for me. And to top it off, the material was annoyingly thin, and the skirt was all creased when it arrived. Definitely not what I was expecting from a high-end store. I had to send the skirt back, and I won't be buying from there again.
Harris tweed Trousers and Jacket
I just got my delivery from HOB - all the way from UK to Melbourne, Australia. Both are superb. I knew i have to have the trousers altered...so thats fine- loved the material and colour. As for the jacket at size 38....wow fits like a dream....no alteration required....simply phenomenal. This is my second purchase from house of bruar for their attire and i was very happy with their service and quality of apparel . Couldn't be happier to say the least.
