Gucci ladies watch and Breitling men's watch
I recently bought some watches at the store, and I have to say the customer service was amazing. When I went in, a friendly and helpful staff member called Kristie helped me and my partner pick out the perfect watches. Kristie was fantastic throughout the whole process, her knowledge really made a difference in helping me choose the right watches. She kept me updated and made sure I was happy with my choices. Both me and my partner love our watches, all thanks to Kristie. If you're looking for quality watches or jewellery, I highly recommend speaking to Kristie at the store. Overall, I had a really great experience at CW Sellors and will definitely be going back for more purchases in the future.

I bought a watch and when it arrived, it was all messed up. But Kristie was a real star - so kind and fixed it for me. It wasn't really their fault, but I do hope they sort themselves out. Kristie, Emma, and Hany were absolute heroes though!

I've just bought a Tissot PRX watch from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the whole experience. Ordering was easy and I got my watch in just two working days. I've just bought some beautiful jade earrings for my wife's anniversary gift. Harriet was so helpful, letting me know all about when the earrings would be ready and delivered. I recently bought a Georg Jensen Miniphant money box for a child's dedication ceremony and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. The price was really good and it arrived quickly through Royal Mail. The money box was nicely wrapped with a cute card and the words we picked were written in a lovely font. Engagement ring from the Roberto Coin collection
I must say, the customer service at this place is really fantastic. Jack was amazing in helping us pick out the perfect ring for our engagement. He made everything so easy and I'm thrilled with how it all turned out. The ring came earlier than we thought and was delivered to our door without any extra charge. The Roberto Coin collection has some truly beautiful jewellery, and I think I've found my new favourite. Thanks for making our engagement so memorable.
Watch and earrings
I have to admit, the options were absolutely fantastic and the staff were so lovely and helpful. I really adore the watch I got and the earrings I ordered online were brilliant too. But, I have to say, my dealings with the delivery company were really not good. Even though I was at home on both occasions, they said I wasn't, which has made me doubt how dependable and professional they are. It's a shame, but this has made me reconsider buying online from this place again in the future.
Too small watch strap
I got a new watch strap, but it was way too small and they didn't have a bigger size available. I contacted customer service, but they didn't get back to me for more than a week. It's really disappointing because I usually enjoy buying watches - I have a collection of luxury ones that I adore. But this company really lacks in customer service once you've made a purchase.

Faulty watch purchase
I bought a dodgy watch from this place back in March. The service when I was buying it was top-notch, but that's where the good stuff stops. The watch keeps resetting itself, no matter how many times I try to charge it or reset it. I even started doubting myself, wondering if I was messing something up, but the issue kept happening. I eventually emailed the company about the problem, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them.
Sparkly necklace
My necklace had a little problem to begin with, but they sorted it out really quickly and sent me a brand new one just in time for my party. It was wrapped really nicely and looked absolutely amazing.

My experience with this company was really disappointing. Firstly, they were slow at getting back to me and didn't give clear timelines for when they'd have stock available. When I asked about my purchase, they said it wouldn't be ready for up to 2 months. When I tried to cancel, they stopped replying and said their email system has a mind of its own, which just seemed like a weak excuse.

The people who work in this shop are really lovely and helpful. Chrissy was great in helping me find the perfect gift and made sure I was happy with what I chose. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my future gift shopping.
Watch warranty repair
My wife's watch had a problem, so we popped into the Ashbourne branch as our usual one was closed for renovations. Seth was the one who sorted us out, and he was really nice and did a brilliant job fixing the watch. It's working perfectly now and we're really pleased with the service!
Faulty watch purchase
I recently bought a watch that turned out to have a manufacturing problem. But, the customer service team quickly arranged for me to return it and refunded my money with no trouble at all. Since I'd moved overseas, I decided to get a refund rather than a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when the team went the extra mile and sent me the watch in the Middle East at no extra charge, selling it at the original discounted price I had bought it for. The communication and service were excellent from start to finish, making it easy for me to get the watch delivered.

My time at the store was really good. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Jack. He went out of his way to help me, making sure my order was done fast and even giving me a discount. I really appreciate it and would definitely suggest their service to anyone.

I recently bought a lovely gold necklace from this shop and I am absolutely thrilled with my experience. The delivery arrived on time and the staff in the shop made sure I was happy with my purchase before I left. Despite ordering online without seeing the necklace in person, the quality exceeded my expectations. I have bought things from this shop online before and the photos, descriptions, and details are always spot on. I have complete trust in this shop and have never been let down by any of my purchases. The staff at the Matlock, main office, and Chatsworth shops are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always enjoy shopping at this store and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of beautiful jewellery.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. First, their ad is false. I have enquired about availability of a product which they then guaranteed. A week later, they tell you - without any apology - that the product is actually unavailable. They then take as long as they can to process your refund. Perhaps they have a cashflow problem. You won't see your money back for a long time - if ever. It has been a few weeks and I am still waiting.
