I almost didn't order because I wasn't sure about sizing and the photos weren't great, but I took a punt. On arrival there were only three bracelets, despite ordering four sets of 13 links. I emailed and they kept going on about total link counts — "you paid for 52 links" — as if that makes three bracelets acceptable. That back-and-forth felt brusque and unhelpful. The bracelets themselves are decent, solid enough, but fiddly to add or remove links, so I'm now trying to bodge a fourth from the spare links and wasting time. So product OK-ish, service disappointing. Won't likely buy here again; next time I'll go straight to Nomination.
Lovely look, rubbish follow-up
I was actually quite excited to get this gold chain — bought it for our anniversary because the last one I had snapped and I needed something that would last. It looked great straight away, and fair play they repaired it once for free. Trouble is, that repair took nearly two months to come back, and then it snapped again. Asked for a refund and got offered another repair after them “inspecting” it, which felt a bit iffy given everything. Customer service tried, sometimes helpful on the phone, but overall slow and a bit defensive. Lovely piece but the aftercare ruined it for me.
Nearly lost everything
I didn't spot them in any ad. A friend on a small investing forum mentioned RANGEPRO. I was sceptical at first. I had just realised I'd been scammed and had lost about $97,100. I didn't get everything back, but they did recover a decent chunk. I told the friend who found them and would recommend them, cautiously.

clear photos, straightforward options, no faff. I was a bit smug thinking job done, present sorted, and then the tracking stayed stubbornly blank. That was annoying, obviously, because I needed the watch for a special day.

I love all the adorable Pandora charms they have at that shop! There are loads to pick from and they're not too pricey either. I got a few for myself, and they came really quickly. I'd definitely suggest having a look at their range if you're into charm bracelets.
Blue Watch
I just got myself a new blue watch and I'm totally loving it! The strap is really soft and comfortable, and although the face is a bit smaller than I usually prefer, I can still easily tell the time because of the cool rainbow effect.
