Oak bed frame and mattress
I have to say, my experience with this store has been absolutely fantastic. I found them online by chance and thought I'd give them a go. And let me tell you, I have been seriously impressed with everything they've done. The product was even better than I expected, they really paid attention to every little detail in both the item and its packaging. The delivery guys were really nice and professional, they made everything run so smoothly. Two solid beds

I recently bought something from your shop and I have to say I'm really happy with how good it is. Even though it was a grade B item, the quality is great and I can't fault it at all. I recently bought some bedroom furniture from this shop, and it was a really quick and easy process. The order was simple to do, and the furniture was ready to pick up straight away. My only downside was the delivery company they used - they were useless, impolite, and even managed to damage some of the furniture and parts of my house. The customer service at this store seems really good, especially Georgie, the representative I dealt with. But the product I got wasn't great – all three footboards for my bed arrived broken. I had no choice but to accept the last one after sleeping on the floor for more than 6 weeks. Putting the bed together was really tough as the holes in the metal frame weren't drilled properly, so I had to hammer in the bolts to secure it.
