It was when the refund actually showed up that I knew at least they hadn’t left me completely in limbo. My first order sat on “processing” for nearly four weeks before chat support said a technical fault had stopped it. Fair enough, these things happen. I tried again in May, though, and after eleven days it was the exact same answer. The agents were polite, but nobody offered to sort the order properly or explain what was going on. I’d wait until their ordering system is clearly fixed before trying again.
