a polite, actually-helpful message from customer support saying they'd chased the parcel and confirmed a new ETA. That small moment, when someone finally sounded like they cared, is when I knew I'd be happy with the whole thing. The bracelet arrived slightly later than ideal, but carefully wrapped, exactly as pictured, and it honestly made the surprise work. I kept checking the tracking, yes, and called once more, but replies were friendly and clear, so the stress eased. I do wish they'd been quicker with updates — a few more emails would have saved me a few grey hairs — but overall I'm really pleased. Would recommend if you're after a meaningful couple gift; just allow a little extra time and be a bit persistent. Glad it worked out, and thanks — it meant a lot.
