Set of 3 mugs
I bought this set of 3 mugs from the Tour De France Store the other day and I must say I was a bit let down. I got them from their booth on Champs-Élysées and when I finally got a chance to open them at home, turns out I only got 2 mugs instead of 3. Can you imagine my frustration having to go all the way back there to sort this out?
Cycling gloves purchase
I bought some cycling gloves from this shop not long ago and I must say, it all turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. I placed my order but the gloves never arrived. After getting in touch to ask about them, it took more than a month for me to eventually get my money back. And on top of that, they even took 8.45€ out for delivery costs, even though the gloves never made it to me in the first place. The gloves were already pricey, so having to pay for delivery of an item that never actually got delivered just doesn't seem right. Their customer service was pretty much non-existent, which made the whole situation feel dodgy, like a scam or something.
Christmas gifts
I ordered some Christmas gifts from this store and I was really let down by how long they took to arrive - a whole 2 months! By the time they finally turned up, they weren't even needed as gifts anymore. And to top it off, the quality of the items was just okay, nothing special really, definitely not worth the wait.
When I tried to send them back, I couldn't believe it when they told me I had to pay £5.90 for the return postage. And to make things even worse, they refused to refund me for it. It was just a really frustrating experience overall and one I wouldn't want anyone else to go through.Great experience with Tour de France Store
