Biking is healthy and fun. You can go on a bike tour for fun or ride your bike to school or work. In all cases, you want a proper bike and some comfortable clothing to wear. Tredz can provide you with a lot of things that have to do with bikes and cycling. But what will the quality of their touring bikes be? Will their parts and components help you to repair your electric bike? Will the cycle clothing be delivered before your next tour or ride? And what will the customer service of Tredz say if the bicycle happens to break down out of nowhere? These questions can best be answered by cyclers that already have a bike or at least some bicycle parts from Tredz. Read their reviews to see what buying their bicycle gadgets entails. Their ratings, opinions, experiences and comments can help you decide if Tredz is the right bicycle shop for you.
Tredz is a sports shop that offers bikes and everything that comes with it. They believe that a bicycle is a healthy tool as well as a sport and a transportation answer. Besides all of that, they think that biking is – or at least should be – fun. They wanted to do something about the fact that the world’s oil is running out and decided to encourage people to take the bike. Of course, Tredz can present you with a proper bike. You can choose from mountain bikes, electric bikes, cruiser bikes, road bikes, triathlon bikes, folding bikes, touring bikes, hybrid bikes, cyclocross bikes and jump bikes. Children can choose a kid’s bike or a junior bike. Sometimes your bike will break down. Maybe you get into an accident or a part is just too old and rusty. In that case, Tredz can provide you with some bicycle parts and spare components. Their range includes chains, handlebars, grips, brakes, frames, pedals, saddles, wheels and forks. The category also includes the maintenance tools that you need to keep your bike in good condition. If you want to add something extra to your bicycle, you can take a look at their section of accessories. There, you can find child seats, bells, horns, mirrors, reflectives, mudguards, locks, map holders, computers, bottles, pumps and more. Their clothing department consists of protective equipment, casual clothing, overshoes, trousers, socks, glasses, compression wear, vests, base layers etc. You can add a helmet if you want some extra protection. Some of their jerseys, tri suits and wetsuits are specifically designed for triathlon but can also be worn by other bikers. And their last category, tech & gadgets, contains heart rate computers, speed sensors, fitness bands, turbo trainers, camera mounts, sports action cameras and other technology.

Excellent collections One have taken for my kid Saracen 20" nice fittings, strong but light in weight, color is also very good. Price wise I found 3 to 7 pounds different from normal market . Tredz is providing reliable bikes (bicycle)
Very good when purchasing but after tha for get it no customer service at all you can only communicate via email and then no reply .if you are looking for service for get it 4500 pounds for bike stay well clear.
Avoid! They sell expensive, damaged goods! Bought a bike (£1500), it arrived very poorly packaged, with damaged rail guards which were rubbing against the back tyre. Front inner tube valve was damaged beyond repair, & needed to be replaced at cost by me! Seems Tredz are prepared to do absolutely nothing apart from apologise - which is meaningless when I've spent a considerable amount of money, not only purchasing the bike but also repairing it!! Avoid - customer service non-existent!
Honestly never experience such infuriating, indifferent and inept customer service. All fine when buying the bike - it arrived next day. Pedal crank fell off on my 4th short ride. Took weeks to call me back. Sent me to Halfords for a fix to then tell me they wouldn't allow Halfords to fix the bike. Then the silliness really got going - days chasing to get my bike collected. Weeks chasing a response to then be told it wasn't covered by warranty - the pedal fell off!? After weeks of chasing with no update i was offered an exchange but they had no bikes in my size they were willing to exchange for. Multiple calls, emails and live chat with people who just didn't care and would make promises they had no intention of following through. Finally get assured my bike was coming back next day only to be told hours later it was too short notice to prep the bike - odd because they could ship next day on initial purchase. They simply aren't bothered about you once they've got the sale. Sarcastic, catty remarks from livechat and customer service is the best you can hope for. The repair took a matter of hours yet 6.5weeks on I'm still without my bike.
I checked first that the road bike shoes i was buying whether or not to go for a bigger size and was informed no . I ordered the shoes to my size and they were too tight so had to return them. I then got deducted the carraige fee of my refund. normally i would acceot this but i checked prior to avoid this .
AVOID!! Absolutely atrocious service. Do not buy from Tredz, as they quite clearly do not care about aftercare and customer service is extremely poor. I bought a £1000 bike and had evidently been supplied with a faulty part, but they wanted nothing to do with it and refused to assist.
I purchased a 2XU propel wetsuit at £600 through tredz.co.uk. After 3 swims a hole developed in the suit. I was not able to use the wetsuit while the issue was being dealt with by Tredz. It took 4 weeks for the supplier 2xu to reply to be basically told it wasn't covered under warranty despite following the care guidance. Not even a penny contributed to the repair, it seems £600 is just a drop in the ocean for companies like this. It should be assumed that if something costs a lot of money than I am going to take good care of it! Absolutely disgusting customer service. P.S the review should be 0 stars
I would give 0 if I could. Horrible company. Sent me mountain bike with locked fork without informing me anywhere about it. Went for a ride, twisted my wrist and bended wheel. After getting back and forth with them, they stated it's my fault and repair like this is not under their warranty. Firstly I was waiting for a month for a box from them, and After that, they say it's not their fault that it takes that long. In the end I will have to pay to fix everything myself, for a bike that I just spent over a grand from them. Customer service awful, running in circles, blaming customers for everything. AVOID at all costs !!! Worst company I've ever dealt with !!!! Hope karma will come back to you !
Been waiting for my items now over 3 weeks and each time I get on they lie by telling me it's coming soon (heard it about a dozen times now) It was in-stock when I ordered it and now apparently it's not and it's coming from a supplier. Rubbish
