Bike purchase
My time at Tredz was really good. The people working there knew a lot and could easily answer all my questions. The only issue I had was with the delivery. I chose to have the bike sent to my place, but it got delayed because of the big packaging. Still, I managed to collect it from the delivery company without any trouble.
Bike purchase
I bought my bike from here, and at first, it seemed fine. However, when I had a proper look, I noticed quite a few issues! The handlebars were wonky, the brakes and gears weren't right, there were chips in the paint, and even the bell was shaky! How did they manage to overlook all of this in less than five minutes?! It's important to thoroughly check every single bolt yourself before taking it out for a ride!

£2k smart bike purchase
Avoid buying from this company! I splashed out on a fancy smart bike and it was a total letdown. The left crankshaft fell off after only a few weeks and it keeps coming loose.

I've bought quite a few bits of clothing over the past few weeks, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how quickly everything was sent out and delivered. It was also super easy to return anything I didn't want. Plus, when a couple of things I wanted weren't available, they kept me updated on when they'd be in stock and sent them separately to make sure they arrived quickly. I have always found Tredz to be really good when it comes to price, often beating other retailers. The discount scheme is a nice bonus that can help save some money. Although I did notice that one item in my recent order had a big price difference between the UK and US, which was a bit surprising. But overall, I still think their prices are fair.

I was so impressed with how quickly my order was delivered to Northern Ireland! I placed it on a Thursday and had my bike by Monday. It only took me about 10 minutes to unpack and put the bike together, and a bit longer to change the pedals and adjust the suspension. It was a really smooth experience and I will definitely think about buying from Tredz again in the future.
