Fine quality diamond jewellery
I've been a faithful customer of this company for years now, and I've always been blown away by how great their products are. The diamond jewellery I bought recently was top-notch quality and even better than I anticipated. I bought this amazing diamond ring from the company recently and had a great experience all the way through. I had some issues with the website, so I called their help line and was really impressed with how quickly and knowledgeable the person I spoke to was. She sorted out my problems and answered all my questions on the spot. The items I selected arrived the very next morning after I placed my order. The diamond ring is absolutely beautiful and I am really impressed with both the quality of the product and the customer service.
First purchase - Necklace
The necklace I bought from the company was absolutely gorgeous and way better than I thought it would be in terms of quality. The design was so detailed and the gemstones were sparkling like crazy, they caught the light in such a mesmerizing way. But, I did clock that the chain was quite dainty and fragile, which was a bit of a bummer because it could break really easily if you're not careful with it.
Gold plated ring purchase
I was really let down by the gold plated ring I bought from your company recently. My husband got it for £156.00 as a gift for me. Unfortunately, after losing some weight, I needed to get it resized. When I took it to a fancy jeweller, they told me it was just gold plated, not solid gold like we thought. This was a real shock and I felt really disappointed. It seems like we were tricked and I plan to take action by complaining to RIP OFF BRITAIN on BBC and to your company directly. I would recommend that others steer clear of buying from you.
Lab-created diamond ring
I was a bit unsure about getting a lab-created diamond ring from Tru Diamonds because I normally go for mined diamonds for my custom rings. But from the simple ordering process to getting my stunning ring, the whole experience has been great. The diamond's quality was even better than I expected, and it sparkles amazingly. I bought two rings from the shop not long ago. Sadly, I made a mistake with an old ring sizer that wasn't correct, so the rings ended up too big for my wife. But luckily, the customer service worker, O'Rene, was really helpful and helped us sort it out. O'Rene quickly sent us a new ring sizer and walked us through the process of returning the rings and getting replacements. Thanks to her, my wife now has two lovely pieces of jewellery that fit just right.

I bought some jewellery from this company recently and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how nice it is and how reasonable the prices are.
