I spotted this tripod when a mate showed me their kit and I thought I’d give it a go. Putting it up it feels quite solid, though one leg was a bit loose — I taped it and it stayed okay for couple of shoots. I’ve bought lots from you before, so I tried to return the defective leg but heard nothing for over two weeks. Pleased it did the job, but the silence was annoying.
Not convinced at first
Bought this because my back had been killing me after months of a saggy mattress and I needed it urgently. I almost walked away — emails went unanswered and they sent a discount code only after I'd paid, which was annoying. Eventually they did reply and delivery was fine. Not flawless, but the mattress actually helps and my doubts mostly faded now.
Swift delivery, useful kit
lightweight, decent output and easy to move. Not perfect, but reliable enough for professional use. Happy it wasn’t a hassle and glad the delivery and support were that good.
Solid bits, small caveats
I found myself fiddling with the MagSafe fill light the other day, trying to get a flat, even glow — the clip feels solid, not plasticky, and the magnetic attach is reassuringly firm, though it can shift if you don't align it properly. The selfie stick tripod is pleasantly weighty, folds up neat and doesn't wobble much when extended; the finish isn't flawless — tiny machining marks here and there — but overall it's robust. New models appear pretty quickly; annoying when you just bought one, yes, but it also means features keep improving. Shipping has been slow a couple of times, unlike some other brands I've used, yet the kit still performs well and I keep coming back. Not perfect, but useful for creators.
