I reckon it would be much better if they let us pay in instalments. I live in Guadeloupe, and when I buy something from them, it's a bit of a hassle since they don't offer that option. I often end up ordering from their website and having it delivered to my sister-in-law's address, which is annoying because it means I have to manage two different accounts with them.
Missing product resolved efficiently
Recently, I had a bit of a problem with my order from this store. There was a missing product, so I got in touch with customer service. They were really quick in sorting it out, and they said I could reorder the product in a couple of days at the same price and no extra delivery costs. I've bought stuff from this brand quite a few times now, and honestly, I have to say, the quality and level of detail in their products is top-notch. Kids' clothes and accessories purchase
The selection of children's clothes and accessories was really good, and the prices seemed fair for what you were getting. However, the system for inputting your address on the website was a nightmare. It just wouldn't let you put in your details properly - like mixing up the house number and street name, or adding or losing characters in the post code and phone number. It was so annoying and made ordering a real pain. It seems like a problem that a lot of websites have, but they really need to sort it out to make things easier for customers like me.

Pretty clothes but not all in the USA
I absolutely loved the clothes I got from this store, they're really beautiful and unlike anything I've seen before. The only downside is that some of the items I wanted weren't available in the USA, which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future.

My experience with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I bought some dresses that didn't fit, and when I tried to return them, I discovered that the original company had been taken over by Vert Baudet. This resulted in a lot of confusion and problems in getting my money back. The lack of help and communication from Vert Baudet was really irritating and disheartening. It felt like they had basically taken my money without giving me the service I was promised.

I love this website, it's so easy to use. There's loads of things to pick from and I found exactly what I wanted in no time at all. The prices are great, I always love a good deal. And what I ordered was surprisingly good quality for the price.
Great quality, disappointing sizes
I really like the items, but I'm a bit let down by the sizing choices for girls. My daughter is quite tall for her age at 10, and she finds it difficult to fit into clothes designed for her age group. As a result, she often ends up having to shop in the boys' section.

Seriously, VertBaudet is a huge relief for me. i am so bad in buying dresses for my kid and she has a different taste which never matches with mine. she is just three years but still looks for best. So whenever i bought something for her she never likes that. this was my headache and most of the time my husband bought a dress for her, not me. So when my husband was out for months and My kid wanted to buy something for her birthday, my sister told me to visit the site and truly it helped a lot. my daughter loves the collection that she got from here.
