I first saw this on a forum and a mate nudged me to try it. The moment I knew I was happy was when they actually answered my email straight away. I'm just getting started with the V80 though, no idea yet on health stuff, but pleased.
Morning surprise
Parcel arrived earlier than I'd hoped; courteous call beforehand — service was spot on. Tried rivals before; this one actually positively surprised me today.
Third-day surprise
By the third morning I was actually surprised — it tastes like a proper smooth hot chocolate, not chalky at all. One scoop per cup is enough, so it's light and doesn't leave you wired, just a steady, clean lift that lasted without the shakes I got from a high‑caffeine brand before. It's handy to use, mixes well in a mug, and feels like decent value. I'll probably stick with it, but would like a few more flavours.
Spotted on a colleague's shelf
I first noticed this on a mate's kitchen counter after a health chat at work, so I thought I'd try it. I take it at 7am and wait an hour before breakfast. After four days I felt perkier and after a week my IBS was calmer — less bloating, which honestly surprised me. A few friends have it now too.
Small practical win
I was sceptical at first — had tried a few powdered blends that overpromised, and I needed something after a hectic move and rubbish sleep. Switched from a big-name powder to support a UK brand and because it was cheaper. The mushroom powder is a proper one, they use the fruiting body which feels better to me. I've smashed a couple of glass bottles and bungled an address, and each time customer service just sent a replacement free, no drama. Not flawless, but it does what I wanted.
Midway mug realisation
Midway through my second mug today I actually laughed — didn’t expect that. I add the mushroom powder to my daily drinking chocolate and, honestly, it lifts the drink to another level. The point I knew I was sold was the calm buzz and clearer head after a sip. It’s so tasty I end up sneaking extra mugs, and it’s doing me good too.
Surprise parcel and a faff
Was unloading the recycling when an extra parcel turned up and it felt a bit like being ambushed by a bill. I use the stuff every morning on my commute so I expected smooth service, but they never warned me about the upcoming charge — I checked inbox, spam and deleted and nothing. Living in Switzerland the extra customs fees make it much more expensive and having to pay them separately is a pain. Cancelling the subscription was overly fiddly with loads of steps and no clear confirmation, and I still got one more delivery. Bit annoyed, a nicer customer service would’ve helped.
