Half-packed and stickerless 5 March 2026

Halfway through packing for the trip I realised the emissions sticker I'd ordered hadn't arrived, and that feeling of unease I'd had before clicking buy came rushing back. I was on the fence — the site promised a week, price was reasonable and I needed it for driving in Germany, so I went ahead. At first I thought any delay would be minor, but a fortnight passed and nothing. Messaging via WhatsApp felt pointless; replies were vague — 'might arrive sometime' or 'could be returned' — no offer to re-send or refund. So my initial doubts never really went away; they were confirmed. If they'd been clearer about delays or offered to sort it then, I probably would have been less annoyed. The company itself seemed alright online and the price (£14.75) wasn't outrageous, but the customer service was dismissive and delivery failed to meet the timetable advertised. In the end the sticker is useless to me now and I had to find another solution last minute. Not a disaster, but definitely not what I expected.
