Overall, pretty pleased — they sorted things out in the end. I first spotted them on Instagram after a mate recommended them. The item arrived a bit damaged and the return process felt clunky, so I claimed via my Mastercard and they refunded me. The phone number was wrong at first but one email fixed it and postage was reimbursed. Bit awkward, but would recommend.
