I registered on the website, but there was a mix-up with my address in the system, causing a delay of about 3 weeks for my order of 3 glasses to be delivered. I originally thought my glasses would arrive on the 2nd of April, but turns out they had to be ordered from the manufacturer and won't be here until the 16th of April. I had to wait way longer than expected and could have gone elsewhere if I had known earlier. It's pretty poor customer service not to be honest about that sort of thing.

This lack of communication and not getting any responses has made me really disappointed and frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

I bought some glasses with prescription, thinning, and blue light filter but I only got frames with trial lenses. I waited for 3 weeks before my order arrived, but it was wrong. I tried to get in touch with the company in different ways, but all I got was a standard reply telling me to check with the warehouse. Not great service at all, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

As someone who likes to be careful with what they buy, I make sure to get my hands on real, top-notch products from trusted sellers. That's why I was really let down when I found out that the sunglasses I bought from VISUAL CLICK were fake. Even though they said they were the real deal, a fast look on the proper websites of Luxottica brands like Prada, Tom Ford, and Dior showed that VISUAL CLICK wasn't one of their authorised sellers. That's just not right, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them.

I'm really disappointed with how things have gone with this company. I bought some sunglasses, but they never turned up. UPS says they've been delivered, but there's no proof anyone signed for them or showed ID to get them. I've tried to contact the seller, but they've only sent me unhelpful emails. It seems like they've taken my money, plus the extra fast delivery fee, and not given me what I paid for. It feels like I've been robbed.

I ordered some new glasses from this website but they haven't turned up. They keep telling me they've given me a refund but I haven't seen anything come through. It's dodgy, wouldn't trust them - sounds like they're trying to nick your details.
