Claire Walkers order
I stumbled upon these shoes made specifically for people with bunions, and they immediately caught my eye. Having struggled with bunions from years of wearing high heels, I felt compelled to give them a try. I decided to order a pair of Claire Walkers in my usual size, and I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in less than a week. The packaging was impressive, and I was delighted to find that they even came with reusable shoe trees to help them keep their shape. As soon as I put them on, I could tell they were the perfect fit. There was no uncomfortable "breaking-in" period; they were comfortable right from the start. What I particularly love about these shoes is how versatile they are - perfect for dressing up, but also supportive enough for a full day of walking. Not only are they practical, but they're also cute. I'm already thinking about ordering another pair in a different style!
Titli Pointed-Toe Bow Heels
I recently bought my first pair of Vivaia shoes (Pointed-Toe Bow Heels). It was also the first ever pair of shoes I bought online. I have always avoided buying shoes online, but this time I wanted to give it a try because I like the idea of buying from a sustainable brand, and I also love love the Vivaia's design. The quality of the shoes is incredible and overall they are very comfortable. I tend to have pain at my heels, but the sole is slightly padded, which gives my feet extra comfort. I also had an excellent experience with the customer service: I contacted them since the shoes felt a bit too tight; they replied to me within 24 hours and offered me different options of refund and exchange. I decided to go for the exchange (one size up, whole process free of charge) because I really liked the shoes, and thankfully the shoes now fit perfectly! I will definitely buy from Vivaia again soon.
Comfortable, true to size shoes
This is the 5th time I've bought shoes from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good quality and comfy their footwear is. The shoes are the right size and super comfy even if you wear them for ages. I've also noticed that the delivery service they give is quick, which is always handy when you're ordering online. However, on my last few orders, the packaging wasn't as nice as it used to be. The box was a bit flimsy, the paper was all crumpled, and there was even a sticker missing. It might be a small thing, but I think paying attention to little details matters, especially for a brand that's all about quality and keeping their customers happy. Overall, I'm still really pleased with my buys, but I hope that they'll sort out these packaging issues in the future.
Vivaia shoes
I ordered a pair of Vivaia shoes because I had tried another popular, and more expensive brand, but found them to be too narrow for my feet so when ordered the Vivaia I found that they were more true to size, which was really nice. Normally I am a 6.5 US but because I have wider feet I often order 7 US in closed-toe shoes for added room. I had ordered the 7 US in Vivaia and realized they were actually too big so had to contact customer service to order the 6.5 US. They fit perfectly. Customer service was more than helpful in making this replacement and the shoes are not only comfy and true to size, but also super cute!! The first day I wore them I got complimented. I was hesitant at first for trying these over the more popular and well-known brand, but so glad I did! I highly recommend these!
Adjustable slides in hot pink
After checking out Vivaia's stuff for more than a year, I eventually bit the bullet and bought the new adjustable slides in a striking hot pink shade. I was really into the whole sustainable thing and was actually pretty impressed by how comfy they turned out to be. Sure, the first pair I got was a tad too big, but sorting out the return was a breeze and the customer service was top-notch. Got my replacement pair quick as a flash and I'm absolutely chuffed with them. I can't rate Vivaia and their products highly enough for their quality, comfort, and outstanding customer service.
Versatile shoes for casual and dinner outfits
I recently bought these shoes and I was really impressed by how much support they gave to my knee and high instep. They are great for both travelling and everyday wear.
Loafers Evelyn and Marg Flats
I have some troble finding shoes because my feet are "out of fashion", a little plump you may say, especially the upper part, so maybe I shouldn't buy by web, cut couldn't resist doing it. With the loafers it's great because If I don't close the strings all the way, as I usually do, they feel very comfortable, with the flats I have some trouble, maybe with a litte work of stretching we can become good friends, but, as I said, it's my fault. I'm telling this so others with similar problems can have a review.
Regarding customer service, I needed an invoice for customs, asked for it and they answered in less than 24 horus, problems solved.
In all I'm satisfied, my only complaint is the shipping is a little slow. I would buy here again, in fact, I'm already searching...Shoes Flats Aria

Immediate confirmation when placing the order, quick delivery (I live abroad) without an extra surcharge. And above all...when I ordered (for the first time) a size which finally was not the right one for me...I contacted them in order to send back the pair of shoes and getting them replaced with the right size, the answer was ..."We will send you another pair ,but no need to send back the first pair...keep them and give them as a present to someone else" !!!!!Sandals, variety, fit perfectly
I recently bought a pair of sandals from this website, and I must say, I was really impressed with the service. The sandals arrived quickly and were packed nicely. Not only are they beautiful, but they fit me perfectly, which can be tricky as I have different foot issues to consider. At the moment I have only bought shoes and I am very satisfied with the experience. The shoes are very comfortable and even my mother is very happy with the pair of shoes I gave her. Vivaia also helps you with any doubt or unforeseen event that may arise which gives you a lot of peace of mind when buying.
I am waiting for my third order because the shoes are very comfortable and of very good quality. You can also wear them on more informal occasions as the most formal.

Multiple pairs of shoes
I've bought loads of shoes from this shop and I must say, I'm really impressed. The sizing is spot on and the shoes are super comfy. Normally I'm a size 37 in other brands, but I went half a size up like they suggested for this brand and the shoes fit me perfectly. The colours are bright and beautiful, and I've had lots of nice comments on them. I've got 4 pairs now and I adore them all. Definitely suggest checking them out!
Sandals and courts purchase
I recently bought some sandals and courts from this brand. The sandals were really nice, but they turned out to be too narrow and the ankle fastening was too short. I also got a pair of blue courts that looked great, but the heels were just too high for me. In the end, I had to return both pairs, which was a bit of a letdown.

Comfy and stylish shoes
These shoes are seriously comfy and they look amazing. Normally I have problems with heels, but these shoes didn't hurt my knees or feet at all. They were a bit on the large side, but I think that's just because everyone's feet are different sizes. Overall, I really love these shoes!

I recently bought a pair of red square toe Mary Janes and I have to say, I absolutely adore them! The initial pair I got was a bit too small, so I had to send them back for the next size up. It did take a couple of weeks for the new pair to arrive, but once they did, they fit perfectly. The return process was straightforward, as UPS collected the package, and there were no extra costs or fees to exchange for the right size. These shoes are not just comfy but also really stylish. Shoes purchase
I recently bought some shoes online - a pair for walking, a mesh pair for hot weather, and a pair with a square toe. Unfortunately, two of them didn't fit right, with a big gap at the back. The third pair fit okay, but the arch support was uncomfortable. The delivery also took a long time because they came from overseas. When it came to trying to return them, even though the website said returns were free, I was only offered a credit note for the full price or a smaller refund back to my card. The refund ended up taking longer than I thought, around a month. The whole return process was a bit of a pain too, having to ask for a label and give a tracking number for the parcel. All in all, not the best experience, especially with the returns policy.

So, I bought these really cute shoes from this absolutely amazing shoe brand. And you know what? They're incredible! The quality is top-notch and the service is absolutely fantastic! I had a little issue with the size, but when I reached out to them, they were so quick to assist me and sort everything out.
