So, I bought these really cute shoes from this absolutely amazing shoe brand. And you know what? They're incredible! The quality is top-notch and the service is absolutely fantastic! I had a little issue with the size, but when I reached out to them, they were so quick to assist me and sort everything out. They genuinely care about their customers and ensuring everything is perfect. I'm excited to receive my new shoes and wear them wherever I go!
Pointed toe shoes, returned for uncomfortable fit
This company definitely deserves a full 5-star rating because their customer service is absolutely top-notch. I had to return my shoes because the pointed toes were way too long and uncomfortable, but the whole process was incredibly easy and didn't cost me a penny. The shoes themselves were really stylish and clearly well-made, so it's a shame they just didn't fit properly. The team was super friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring every step of the return journey. Big thanks to all of them!
Sandals purchase
The buying process at this company was so smooth and easy. I really liked the website, it was easy to use and the product descriptions were clear. But I do wish they had more info on sizing, especially for the European sizes. The shoes I got were a bit bigger than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. But the sandals were really good quality and exactly what I was looking for. The only little issue was that my package got stuck in China for a bit, so there was a delay in getting my order. Overall, I had a good time shopping with this company.
Comfortable, true to size shoes
This is the 5th time I've bought shoes from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good quality and comfy their footwear is. The shoes are the right size and super comfy even if you wear them for ages. I've also noticed that the delivery service they give is quick, which is always handy when you're ordering online. However, on my last few orders, the packaging wasn't as nice as it used to be. The box was a bit flimsy, the paper was all crumpled, and there was even a sticker missing. It might be a small thing, but I think paying attention to little details matters, especially for a brand that's all about quality and keeping their customers happy. Overall, I'm still really pleased with my buys, but I hope that they'll sort out these packaging issues in the future.
Super comfy shoes

Comfortable and stylish shoes
I absolutely love these shoes! The loafers I purchased are incredibly comfy, like walking on a cloud. They've become my go-to shoes for work because they're so reliable and comfortable. Size 11 shoes
I'm really pleased with these shoes! The material is great, it's super comfy and versatile. I have kind of wide feet, so it's usually hard to find shoes that fit nicely, but these ones in size 11 are spot on. Can't wait to check out more styles and order some more soon.
Claire Walkers order
I stumbled upon these shoes made specifically for people with bunions, and they immediately caught my eye. Having struggled with bunions from years of wearing high heels, I felt compelled to give them a try. I decided to order a pair of Claire Walkers in my usual size, and I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived in less than a week. The packaging was impressive, and I was delighted to find that they even came with reusable shoe trees to help them keep their shape. As soon as I put them on, I could tell they were the perfect fit. There was no uncomfortable "breaking-in" period; they were comfortable right from the start. What I particularly love about these shoes is how versatile they are - perfect for dressing up, but also supportive enough for a full day of walking. Not only are they practical, but they're also cute. I'm already thinking about ordering another pair in a different style!

It took 2 weeks to arrive to London, quick enough. But then the “true to size” were not true to size so I had to change my size 7 to size 8 (never wore a size 8…). Customer service were supper quick to send labels and 2 weeks later I got new size. Unfortunately size 7 was too small and size 8 was enormous. I politely asked for a refund(and labels for return) . This is where it goes to scam.
They tried to convince me to keep the shoes if I write a good review - they would refund me some money.
Then they will give me £25 back (order was around £140) to keep the shoes.
When I declined both options they said “wait 24 hours” and stopped replying to any of my messages.
So if you wish to return the goods you bought from them - you can’t. Proper scam!Thanks vivaia,
Titli Pointed-Toe Bow Heels
I recently bought my first pair of Vivaia shoes (Pointed-Toe Bow Heels). It was also the first ever pair of shoes I bought online. I have always avoided buying shoes online, but this time I wanted to give it a try because I like the idea of buying from a sustainable brand, and I also love love the Vivaia's design. The quality of the shoes is incredible and overall they are very comfortable. I tend to have pain at my heels, but the sole is slightly padded, which gives my feet extra comfort. I also had an excellent experience with the customer service: I contacted them since the shoes felt a bit too tight; they replied to me within 24 hours and offered me different options of refund and exchange. I decided to go for the exchange (one size up, whole process free of charge) because I really liked the shoes, and thankfully the shoes now fit perfectly! I will definitely buy from Vivaia again soon.

They looked so cute in the ad I had to order them. Yes, they took a little while to get here but when they did I loved the way they looked. Very high quality construction. Unfortunately they were too small. I sent an email to the company and received an answer in one day! They sent a return label and said as soon as they get my small ones they will send larger. We'll see how long it takes. But I can't wait!!

I have browsed thru so many websites looking for boots and shoes that I like and could never find the one I am satisfied with until I saw VIVAIA. At the moment I have only bought shoes and I am very satisfied with the experience. The shoes are very comfortable and even my mother is very happy with the pair of shoes I gave her. Vivaia also helps you with any doubt or unforeseen event that may arise which gives you a lot of peace of mind when buying.
I am waiting for my third order because the shoes are very comfortable and of very good quality. You can also wear them on more informal occasions as the most formal.
I would recommend them 100%Vivaia shoes
I ordered a pair of Vivaia shoes because I had tried another popular, and more expensive brand, but found them to be too narrow for my feet so when ordered the Vivaia I found that they were more true to size, which was really nice. Normally I am a 6.5 US but because I have wider feet I often order 7 US in closed-toe shoes for added room. I had ordered the 7 US in Vivaia and realized they were actually too big so had to contact customer service to order the 6.5 US. They fit perfectly. Customer service was more than helpful in making this replacement and the shoes are not only comfy and true to size, but also super cute!! The first day I wore them I got complimented. I was hesitant at first for trying these over the more popular and well-known brand, but so glad I did! I highly recommend these!

I wasn't sure if it will be a good purchase but gave it a go and am honestly surprised how good those shoes are. Bella style are very comfy and well cushioned, they are well made and look stunning! Customer service was very helpful after I had an issue with another pair. They sorted the problem swiftly.
Beautiful Margot nada Luna shoes
I've worn my Vivaia shoes for four days and they are the most comfortable shoes in the world! In addition, they arrived very quickly considering the pandemic. And the best part is that the customer service is excellent. One of the shoes I ordered was to small (my fault), so I asked to return them and Vivaia sent me new shoes in my correct size at no extra cost and in no time!!
Loafers Evelyn and Marg Flats
I have some troble finding shoes because my feet are "out of fashion", a little plump you may say, especially the upper part, so maybe I shouldn't buy by web, cut couldn't resist doing it. With the loafers it's great because If I don't close the strings all the way, as I usually do, they feel very comfortable, with the flats I have some trouble, maybe with a litte work of stretching we can become good friends, but, as I said, it's my fault. I'm telling this so others with similar problems can have a review.
Regarding customer service, I needed an invoice for customs, asked for it and they answered in less than 24 horus, problems solved.
In all I'm satisfied, my only complaint is the shipping is a little slow. I would buy here again, in fact, I'm already searching...
