I have ordered 5 times, since I absolutely love their shoes which I believe are THE MOST comfortable (and modern at the same time) shoes I have ever worn.
The service as a whole was absolutely perfect!!!
Immediate confirmation when placing the order, quick delivery (I live abroad) without an extra surcharge. And above all...when I ordered (for the first time) a size which finally was not the right one for me...I contacted them in order to send back the pair of shoes and getting them replaced with the right size, the answer was ..."We will send you another pair ,but no need to send back the first pair...keep them and give them as a present to someone else" !!!!!A pair of shoes from VIVAIA

I ordered 2 pairs. I love the style the color. They look gorgeous and stylish. But I had to return one of them as I ordered wrong size. Still waiting for my refund. Definitely will purchase another pair.

Amazing!! I absolutely love my Regina boots in black! They are easily some of the most comfortable heeled shoes I’ve ever had!
The fact that Vivaia shipped me the alternative shoe without a return when I emailed about the pointed boot being too small is phenomenal! I’ve been telling everyone who comments on my cute boots about the comfort and customer service! Well worth taking the risk on internet-only shoes!

I bought a pair of size 39 flat shoes for broad feet. The shoes arrived but the shoes is too big for me. I feedback to the supplier and they offered to send me a new pair if I could tell them the correct size. I am sure my size is 39 but maybe it is because of the cutting (broad feet), the shoes was loose. So I decided to try size 38. The shoes arrived and it fit me well. The supplier is so kind and requested me to donate the size 39 shoes to someone in need.

I liked my new flat shoes, they look very gorgeous and stylish. I wear them with shorts and jeans and look amazing. I have already bought autumn boots which are also very comfy. I will definitely buy again and refer my mother, because she has wide feet, I thing the vivaia shoes will fit her.

This is my second purchase from this website. At first, I was worried that I would not receive an order or the quality of the product was poor because I saw other reviews. But in the end, I found that my worries were unnecessary. I received my package within 10 days. To my surprise, the quality of these shoes is so high. I have worn them for a month, and I still like these shoes. Therefore, I placed my second order yesterday. I hope their quality is as good as the first order.
