Spring Flowers in basket
Absolutely disgusted with their service. Ordered this 2 weeks in advance for my mum, who like many others I haven’t seen for a year. I received an email morning of specified delivery and no tracking info, called 3 times and no call back and no delivery of flowers. Got refunded but would never use or recommend this florist again. How much time do they need?? Also doesn’t allow you to leave 1 star review!!
Large bright and beautiful gift bag
Packed to stay fresh and delivered ontime.
They are no where worth the £32 so disappointed as for my daughter who hag just had a baby.. other bunches bought in local supermarket were superior to mine I am so upset.Letterbox summer days bouquet
Receive from my husband on our wedding anniversary yesterday ( Sunday)
Flowers were severely wilted... four stems looked on the verge of death. Put in water immediately as instructed... leaves on these four had to be stripped as they were dead.
All in all 12 stems. Very disappointing and my husband was mortified. The rest have roused a bit in water but the bouquet is so thin on blooms I have had to pick some flowers from my garden to fill the vase.
Will not buy again.Bouquet of flowers
Bought a bouquet of flowers for my wife for anniversary. Picture on website looked fantastic and at just over £30 and £5 for delivery. As it is waitrose I didn't question the quality.
What I got was embarrassing. A whole bouquet squashed into a small box. The roses were tiny and looked exactly like the £6 bunch at the local shop. It was dumped on my doorstep with all the fragile signs upside down!
Whole thing left me feeling embarrassed. Very poor value for money and won't be using again.Summer Days Bouquet
Bought these "letterbox" flowers for my partner's 25th Anniversary today, so was able to see contents and condition on arrival. To say was disappointed was an understatement. 13 stalks of woody wilted "flowers". No attempt to keep moist during transit and left by Yodel in rear porch (as instructed). At £28 , even in these times, seems extortionate for a non arrangement and flowers to arrive in such poor condition. Will be complaining to Waitrose.
Rose flowers
Worst flowers i have ever bought. Came on time however were not the ones i bought. Customer service waffled a load. Would never use again. Would put one stars but this website clearly doesnt work.
Medium Roses & Sweet Peas Bouquet
Roses were almost withered when dilvered with flower heads drooping. Very disappointing, not worth the money.
Bag with ribbon spring flowers Valentines
My husband bought this bag of flowers which contained ranaculas, hyacinths, roses, narcissus and eucalyptus. It was beautiful, bought from Waitrose store even the shop assistant commented how lovely it looked. Imagine my disappointment when 3 days later they were dead. Daffodils bought for £1 on the same day are still beautiful today. Moral don't spend money on
My son bought me a bouquet of floweres from our local Waitrose store for Mother's Day, consisting of cream and liac coloured roses and freesias. My favourite flowers! Unfortunately, Like Mrs Spink, I was disappointed and quite upset when the liac roses all died, bar one, within 4 days. The cream ones never looked their best with outer leaves turning brown within a day and they are now dead. I have bought simple bunches of roses from Morrisons for £2.50 which have lasted far longer! This is the second timet that I have been very disappointed with flowers bought from this Waitrose store.
Bucket spring bulbs
Very, very poor. Nothing like website picture. Contacted customer services who agreed the photo of lack of bulbs and display was poor. Replacement duly sent of scented spring posy in a jug. Very poor and sparse. Tulips gone over and bruised. Will most definitely not be using Waitrose flower service again.
Alstroemerias letterbox
I tried on 29 December to order letterbox alstroemerias for my friend in Scotland. Having gone through the order process I learned that flowers cannot be delivered to my friend’s postcode. Very disappointing and frustrating. Perhaps the system could be updated to identify that problem at the beginning rather than the end of the order.
Autumn bouquet
Very disappointed - ordered as a gift for a colleague's birthday.
So overpriced for what I received...8 flowers which weren't fresh. Ended up going to Sainsbury's and getting twice as many flowers for half the price.Never again
I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my sister for her sixtieth birthday. It did not arrive until lunchtime the following day, and in very poor condition - petals falling off the roses, and brown at the edges.
Customer services, to be fair were sorry and pleasant, and have arranged for a replacement bouquet to be sent, but as they will be going by the same courier (Yodel), I rather suspect the same thing will happen again.
They rather ruined a special day, as she had been told to look out for a surprise.
I shan’t use them again, and would advise everyone to avoid them.Waitrose Flowers Awful service and delivery
Order never turned up, customer services very unhelpful and poor attitude, flowers which should be on bud were delivered 3 days late in full boom - awful and still waiting after 3 days for a manager response !!
Same just happened to me with a sick friend. Got absolutely nowhere on a very poor telephone line. Didn’t want to be recompensed ,customer service terrible. Can’t get the name of a manager of course.
