Quick delivery, nice trousers, free returns note
The delivery was so quick, it was really impressive. I ordered a pair of trousers and they were exactly as described on the website. It was great that they included a free returns note in the package, so if I needed to return them, it would have been hassle-free. Overall, I was really pleased with the quality of the product and how fast it was delivered.
Wrong sizes ordered
I made a bit of a mistake by ordering the wrong sizes not just once, but twice from this online store. However, I have to give credit to the customer service team as they were really good at dealing with my questions about getting a refund. They got back to my emails quickly and made sure the refunds went through smoothly. Even though it was my fault for getting the sizes wrong, I was grateful for the fast and helpful assistance from the customer service team.
