This was my first time ordering from here and I have to say I was really pleased. The quality and price of the two t-shirts I bought were top-notch. Ordering online was a breeze, and they kept me informed the whole way through. They even delivered my order on time as they said they would, which was a nice surprise. All in all, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Perfect fitting dress
The customer service at this place is amazing, something that's hard to find nowadays. They helped me pick out a dress that was just right for my age and size, and the material and finish are really top-notch. Quality clothing with excellent customer service
I recently bought something from Weird Fish and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service. My order came quickly, but there was a tiny issue with a seam that worried me. However, the online chat customer service was excellent and they sent a replacement promptly. The quality of the clothes is really good and they wash well, so I will definitely buy from them again in the future.
Quick online order, some sizing issues
I've just made an order online for some shorts because I loved the pair I bought in-store. But when the two new pairs arrived, one was a different design and too small. However, the returns process was super easy and I got my refund quickly. Shopping online is convenient, but watch out for sizing issues.
T-shirt didn't arrive on time
I ordered this really cool T-shirt, right, but it didn't arrive on time. I was so disappointed, mate. However, I contacted customer service and they were incredibly helpful. They sent me another one with express delivery, which was pretty great. I was really impressed with how quickly they resolved the issue. Big thanks to them!
Comfy shorts
I ordered these shorts online and they arrived really quickly. They were well-made and looked good, but when I put them on, they fit well initially. However, the waist started to feel looser and looser, and now they're too big for me to wear without them slipping down. It's frustrating because I actually really liked them!
Waterproof Jacket
A zip failed on a Weirdfish waterproof jacket. Just outside of the 12 months. No replacement zip or gesture of goodwill offered despite many emails explaining the jacket has only been worn a handful of times. Not fit for purpose without a zip. Totally shocked on lack of customer service! We have been a loyal customer for many years, will think twice before ordering again.
2 tops and 1 tee shirt
Bought tees shirt from shop was impressed with the fitting and quality so ordered 2 more items from the online shop, delivery was super quick and items great fit and lovely
Back Off Organic Cotton Artist T-Shirt True Blue
I have always bought Weird Fish artist T-Shirts however my latest purchase is diabolical. The 'New Sizing' shrinks the T Shirt by a massive 3 inches which makes the one I bought too short by a mile and means returning it and having to look elsewhere for T Shirts ????
Men's fleece
First purchase from Weird Fish, online ordering easy and prompt delivery despite current lockdown.
Greatly let down by quality of the merchandise: only worn 3 times, fabric already pilling and side seam has come apart.Samri magenta cropped trousers
Initially ordered my normal size 12. Although I find these come up big especially around the waist. A size 10 fits perfect. Only negative I've found is that the zip is useless and doesn't stay up. Wouldn't pay full price for these but had then 50% off in the sale so worth it
2 tunics and 1 dress
Ordered online was very easy all my sizes were in stock. Paid and received all packages all were sealed and no damage was very happy. Will be ordering again in future quality of items 5 star as normal.
A good family shop
WF is need to review their delivery system and their timings.
We are buying apparels for my Mr.and our Master
very frequently .No issue ever noticed against quality of knitwear, sweatshirts,T shirts ,shorts and trousers what we love to buy from here.
Prices are ok ,support team is very cooperative, no doubt but delivery part is concerned and need to improved.
