the suit itself actually looks pretty convincing and the material doesn’t feel rubbish, and the mask photographs alright. Problem is the eye holes are tiny so you can’t see well at night, which felt a bit unsafe, and the belt that came with a medium is massive — like it’s meant for a much bigger waist. We paid extra for two 26-inch sword props and they weren’t in the parcel. Customer service was slow and at times unresponsive, cancellation requests ignored, which didn’t help. Still, once I got it on at a small meet-up, people liked it and it worked for photos, so I’m left with mixed feelings — annoyed by the delivery and missing props, but somewhat pleased with how the suit looks.
Strapped-in surprise
the quality surprised me in a good way. On the flip side, there are several loose straps and small pieces with no clue as to where they belong. No instruction sheet, no diagrams, nothing. It’s not a deal-breaker — most bits are straps so you can guess — but it meant I spent longer than I’d planned working out how it all sits. Also, I didn’t get any tracking email from the seller or the courier, so the delivery was literally a pleasant surprise; I had no idea it was due that day. I’ve dealt with other costume sellers who at least send a tracking number or a simple how-to, so this felt a bit basic in terms of customer communication. All the same, I’m actually glad it turned out well. If you want decent quality for a low price, order from here but give yourself time and be ready to improvise with assembly. If you hate guessing where straps go or need real-time tracking, maybe try someone else who’s better at the logistics side. Overall, a quietly positive experience with two small annoyances: no instructions and no tracking notice.
