it feels properly well made, a bit weighty in a reassuring way, soft-touch finish and none of the cheap-sounding bits. I unwrapped it with my sister and she kept saying how much nicer it looked in real life than online. Using it has been pure pleasure — feels comfy in the hand, really intuitive and does exactly what I wanted without any faff. I’ve told a couple of friends about it and one’s already ordered. Tiny niggle is it’s a touch pricier than I expected, but honestly the quality makes it worth the extra. Pretty chuffed overall.
Not ordering from Woodemon again
I won't order from Woodemon again. I tried them about a month ago after their site looked decent and I was hopeful, but it went downhill fast. The item never arrived when they said it would. Messages back and forth felt like canned replies, no proper answers, and no realistic timeframe offered. The seller listed on the order was "Liangzi Xingqiu Co., Ltd." — I tried to check them and couldn't find anything trustworthy, which made me uneasy. I got vague excuses and no real solution. A shame, because I liked the product photos and was a bit excited, but reliability matters more. Use caution if you need something on time.
