I started using them late 2020 for basic hardware and the deliveries themselves were reasonably prompt, which was the only consistently good thing. In early January 2021, during lockdown, a sales rep turned up unannounced and tried to shake my hand — despite being told we weren’t seeing visitors — and then asked if he could "be cheeky" and use the loo. It felt careless and totally out of step with common sense at the time. Product was fine and delivery reliable, but this kind of customer-facing behaviour undermines trust. I’ve paused future orders and will look for suppliers who act more responsibly.
Finally a yes, but it took ages
the product info online didn't help. I phoned and the person on the line was pleasant and said they'd check with the team. Then silence. Nearly three weeks went by. When they finally confirmed it was fine to use, that was the moment I relaxed. Felt relieved more than pleased, if that makes sense. The delay was annoying and they need to speed up. Overall, helpful people but slow process.
