Glittery shoes
Oh my gosh, I was really scared that I wouldn't be able to get the sparkly shoes I wanted because the website was being so annoying and not showing me the pictures properly. But I didn't give up, and eventually managed to buy them, and oh my gosh, they are so cute and comfy! And they were really cheap as well, which is great for my pocket money. The best part was that they arrived really quickly, so I could wear them to my friend's birthday party. I'm so impressed, and I can't wait to tell my friends all about them!
Cream knee high boots - soft leather, small heel
I was really keen on finding the perfect pair of cream knee-high boots with a small heel, and I managed to find them at this store in the end! The leather is incredibly soft, and the heel is just the right height for me. I looked all over the place, but all the other boots I saw had heels that were too big for my taste. Lemon yellow shoes for wedding dress
I was really happy with the fast service from XY LONDON because they sent out my order on the same day and it arrived quickly the next day. But, I was a bit let down when I saw that the colour I expected to be ivory was actually a bright lemon yellow. It didn't go with my ivory wedding dress at all and it caused me a lot of hassle. Even though they were quick with the delivery, getting the colour wrong really affected how happy I was with the whole buying experience.
Gorgeous heels, comfortable fit
I absolutely love the heels I bought, they're gorgeous and fit like a dream. So comfy! I would suggest getting some gel pads for the balls of your feet though, as the heel doesn't have much padding there. The delivery was quick and the package was packaged really nicely.

Brown knee-high chunky boots
I recently bought these really trendy brown knee-high chunky boots online and they came super quickly. The delivery impressed me with how fast it was. Also, there were some awesome discounts available which was a nice bonus. However, when I tried them on, they were a bit tight on my wider feet. I had to swap them for a larger size and now they fit perfectly. Returning them was really simple too, no trouble at all.
Shoes, sizing issue
I bought two pairs of shoes from this company, hoping they'd fit well. However, both pairs were too small even though I ordered different sizes. I returned them and got a bigger size but still found them too small. The shoes looked good, but it seems like they run small in size. I had to pay extra for the returns, so I won't be buying from this company again because of the sizing problems.

I recently bought a pair of black knee high boots on the 25th of November, but I have to say I'm really disappointed with the service I've had. I paid for the order but didn't get any confirmation or dispatch email. When I asked about my order, I was told it had already been delivered, which was news to me because I hadn't received anything. Even after trying to contact customer service several times, I still haven't got a satisfactory response or a solution to my problem. I'm not just frustrated, I feel like I've been ripped off by this company. It's really disappointing to trust a supposed reputable brand and get such bad service and lack of communication.
Shoes for a special occasion

I bought a pair of flat ballerina shoes from this company that I saw advertised on another website. Sadly, I had to send them back because of the sizing problem. It's been more than a month now, but I still haven't received my refund. I've tried contacting the company twice, but I haven't heard back from them. It's really annoying that there's no phone number to call and talk to someone. I've completely lost trust in this company and won't be buying anything from them again. I'm thinking about reaching out to Paypal for help.

Boots, next day delivery
I bought a pair of boots from this company and paid for next day delivery. I was really let down by the service I got. I forked out for next day delivery but my parcel didn't show up and I didn't even get an email about where my order was. When I got in touch with the company, they said Parcelforce tried to deliver on this certain day and time, but I was home then and they didn't leave a note saying they came by. They also didn't say which post office they took my parcel to and there was no card for me to take to the post office either. I've tried contacting Parcelforce to sort it out, but I haven't got anywhere yet. Both the company and Parcelforce let me down with their services.

I recently got these really cute shoes from this great shop. They were packaged in protective bags and the boxes they came in were really lovely! I also bought a matching bag which made me feel like a total fashionista. I was really impressed with everything and have already told all my friends about it.
