Hot and expensive-looking glasses
I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews I've seen. I have a high prescription, with -7, astigmatism, and peripheral vision problems, but I like my glasses to look fancy and be served hot, and that's exactly what I got here! I had loads of questions about ordering glasses online, but the customer service team were really helpful and guided me through it all. It's best to have your prescription details handy when you order to make everything easier.
My glasses arrived in a week, through signed delivery, and I paid only half of what I'd usually pay in my local store, even with all the extras like thinning lenses and my high prescription. The packaging was really secure, and the gold thin frame I picked was just gorgeous! The glasses are top quality, really sturdy and well-made. I get loads of compliments on how expensive they look, especially the pair with the purple tint. Poor quality product
I bought a pair of glasses from this company and I was really let down by the quality. The glasses just felt cheap and weak, and they ended up breaking after only a week of wearing them. I got in touch with customer service to ask for a refund and at first, they were helpful. But when I asked about my refund, they stopped replying and I never got it. On top of that, they didn't provide any QR codes for return labels, so I had to go through the annoying process of printing it out myself. All in all, it was a really bad experience with this company.

Even though I had options to customise them, I found that a lot of the pairs broke and fell apart easily after only a little bit of use. I realised that even the cheaper readers I bought elsewhere lasted much longer. The low quality of the product left me feeling annoyed and let down. On top of that, the customer service wasn't great either. As a result, I just felt really unsatisfied and don't plan on buying from this company in the future.
