I was unsure before ordering — overseas seller, odd price, worried about my card — but I bought an opal pendant for our anniversary and my wife’s birthday, planned for her to wear it every day. Turns out the parcel never arrived. They said they'd resend and refused a refund, so the charge stayed on my card. One rep sounded helpful once, which was odd and briefly reassuring, but it fizzled out. Still chasing it months later, annoyed but not surprised.
Mixed feelings on delivery
their emails were clear about my order number and the checkout was straightforward, and the product page looked promising. What let it down: the site implies stock in the US but it's shipping from China, which explains the lag, and their '24/7 support' turned out to be an out-of-office auto-reply when I emailed. So, not brilliant on honesty or on customer service responsiveness. I'm still hopeful it will arrive and I'll happily update if it does, and I'm keen — I do think they can sort this with better shipping transparency and real-time support. For now I'd warn others: pay attention to the fine print or be prepared for delays.
Charm missed the mark
I first saw the necklace on Instagram, a small charm of a girl with a dog — it looked sweet, so I ordered and even told my sister to have a look. It arrived absurdly late and felt cheap; the metal was thin and the little details were half worn off. Could've lived with that, but customer support was the bigger issue. I emailed about returning it and got bounced around for two days — "can't find your account", "talk to customs" (which I already had), the same scripted replies like a loop. Eventually they said they won't refund me unless I'm in China. Ridiculous. To add insult, I found the same necklace on Amazon for less than half what I paid. It's a shame — I liked the design; I'm more gutted than angry. So yeah, nice photo online, flimsy reality and zero help from support. I won't order from them again, and I'm a bit annoyed I sent the link to my sister.
