I have to say, I was really impressed with how professional and accurate my shopping experience was with you. My experience with the online shopping platform was really good. The customer service team was fantastic, they have a really good returns policy. I actually had to send back a whole order because the clothes didn't fit me properly. But the whole process was really easy and straightforward, I didn't have to answer any difficult questions.

Expensive clothing item
I recently bought this really nice piece of clothing from their website but it's been days and my order hasn't even been sent out yet. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service through phone and email but no luck, they haven't given me any help or information about my order. This whole lack of communication and slow shipping has really got me feeling annoyed and let down by the way they're handling things.
Cheap quality shoes
I've been using this website for a while now, and I've got to say, I was really let down by the shoes I bought recently. It was my third time ordering shoes from them, but the JW Anderson shoes I got ended up breaking after just wearing them once. It's got me thinking about the stuff they've got in their warehouse - are they selling old stock? As a regular customer, I expect better quality than this. This whole situation has left me feeling disappointed and annoyed, especially with how customer service dealt with it.

Do not buy from Yoox!
I made an order of a hoodie.
I was sent a hoodie that was a different size, colour and brand to what I ordered.
I reported this to there live chat agents who advised me they had made a note I received the wrong item and to return the wrong item for a refund.
I returned the wrong item as instructed and weeks later they are refusing to refund stating the item does not match the item I ordered.
I have spoken with at least 12 different live chat agents and several agents on the phone.
Not a single one will will assist me all requesting I wait for a response but weeks have now passed.
Yoox clearly do not like returns even when the return was initiated due to an error of there own so they are attempting to keep my money by repeatedly ignoring me.
I have requested to speak with a manager but all agents (live chat and call) refuse to accommodate this.
I have requested the details of there ombudsman but they refuse to provide this.
Do not buy from Yoox as they will refuse to refund if you return an order.
If you take the risk of buying form Yoox and are not happy with the item, my suggestion would be to sell it on eBay as Yoox will not refund you if your return an item.

I'm a customer at yoox and I had a bit of a problem with something I bought recently. When the item arrived, it wasn't quite up to scratch, and I could tell straight away. I took some photos to show the issue and sent them over, asking for a refund. But I haven't heard anything back since then, no updates or messages about what's happening with my complaint.
