I phoned and at first the person on the line was brusque — you could tell she was having a rough day and didn't really want to help. I persevered and asked to speak to a manager; that’s when things changed. The manager rang me back within the hour, actually listened, apologised properly and didn’t blame the courier. He offered to collect the damaged cans, refunded the delivery charge straight away and arranged for a fresh replacement batch to be dropped off the next day. That was the point I felt satisfied — not because the cans had been perfect to begin with, but because someone took responsibility and fixed it without the usual runaround. I also had the vet take a look at a tin (just to be safe) and she said the seals were fine and replacements were the right call. So yes, it started rough, and I’d warn people to check best-before dates and dust when you get tins, but the follow-up redeemed it for me. If they keep that response up I’d use them again, though I’d still prefer clearer stock checks on their end.

If anything, my small worry is that I’ll get too comfortable and forget to compare options, but honestly, for a reliable staple food that my dog likes and that arrives on time, I’m grateful. Tip for others: sign up for the notifications and you’ll avoid those last-minute scrambles. Overall, glad I stuck with them — solid product, dependable service, keeps life simple.
