Small win, still cautious
Halfway through that awful wait last year I wasn't sure I'd bother again, but this order arrived on time. Still picky about price, yet service has genuinely improved, I'd say give them another go.
Almost wrote them off
Halfway through my morning routine, juggling tablets and a dodgy knee, I nearly laughed at myself for ordering again. Their replies actually landed this time and the pack turned up intact — slower than I hoped, but usable. Now it’s in my daily meds drawer and I’m quietly pleased.
Nearly perfect, just one thing
I tried them last week when my GP sent a repeat prescription. Ordering was dead simple and quick, relieved. The only niggle is not knowing when approval is processed so you don't know what day it will arrive — a faff if it's chilled meds and you need to be in. An option to pick delivery day after approval would help, I'm glad I used them.
Nearly sorted at last
Thought I'd never see that money again. I placed an order in October 2025 but cancelled it in early November because the processing time was taking ages. I kept chasing them and by mid-February 2026, nearly four months later, they at last confirmed the refund was processed. It wasn't smooth, no. I rang and messaged quite a bit. However the staff were polite and helpful once I got through, and the refund delivery (finally) was confirmed, which made a big difference — honest. Compared to other firms where you get ignored, this one did pull it off eventually. I'm relieved and a bit grateful it finished up OK.
