I bought a coat from this brand not long ago, and to be honest, I was really disappointed with it. It cost me a whopping $150, but the material was really cheap and didn't meet my expectations at all. I always look for good quality when I buy things, so I was left feeling let down and I won't be getting any more coats from this brand again.
Dress
I'm really unhappy with the service I got from this company. I ordered a dress with express delivery for a certain event, but the dress didn't arrive on time. I've been trying to reach their customer service for a refund since April 26th, but I haven't had any luck. I sent the item back on May 18th, and even though they signed for it on May 21st, I haven't heard anything about a refund. The way they've been ignoring me is just not on, so I won't be buying anything from them again.
Scam store experience
This shop is a total rip-off! My mate and I got caught out by their dodgy tricks. They’ve made it so tricky to return stuff and the whole ordering malarkey is a complete con. The American phone number they’ve given is fake and nobody ever picks up. I tried to leave a message but it wouldn’t let me - definitely dodgy. The stuff they’re selling is rubbish quality, feels like it’s been put together on the cheap and falls apart in no time.
Birthday suit order
I bought this fancy suit for my 30th birthday party and honestly, it was a disaster! It took ages to arrive and when it finally did, it was a huge disappointment. The blazer was a joke, it looked nothing like the picture. The material felt cheap and was like paper, no joke. Plus, they put in these huge shoulder pads that made me look like I was wearing my Mum's old blazer, which I definitely didn't want. The fit was all wrong too, I felt like I was wearing a sack. The trousers weren't any better, they were this strange off-black dark grey colour and felt like a bin bag. So now I have to hurry and find something new for my big day, what a pain.

Bought 3 dresses paid extra for prompt delivery - did not arrive in time. When arrived quality was absolutely shocking. Absolute ... fight to return goods - offering 20 percent refund to keep - £25 to return and 1001 stipulations. Claim to be Uk based but aren’t. Avoid would be my 1 word summary.
