New frames purchase
I recently bought a lovely new pair of glasses and I must say, I absolutely love them! I've been putting off getting new glasses for over 13 years now, so I was quite nervous about the whole process. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to order them on the website. The virtual try-on feature was really helpful, although the frames didn't always seem to be the right size. It would be great if there was an option to adjust the frames from left to right to make sure they don't look too small for an adult's face. Overall, I'm really pleased with my purchase and the quality of the frames.

Incorrect Prescription Lens

But, both the calls and chat support were useless, which left me feeling really annoyed and let down. After a lot of hassle, I finally managed to get a pre-paid label to send back the wrong lens. However, I reckon they won't refund me for the shipping cost as per their policy. Because of this botched experience, I've decided I won't be dealing with this company again in the future.
Overseas production and shipping
Hey everyone, just a heads up - these glasses are actually made and sent from China. If I'd known that earlier, I would've chosen a faster shipping option or maybe not bought them at all. It's annoying to have to wait longer than you thought for something to arrive. So just a little warning for anyone thinking of buying them in the future!
Incorrect Prescription on Sunglasses
I bought a pair of sunglasses from this website, but the lenses had the wrong prescription, so I can't see well with them. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to sort out a return or refund, but no luck. I've tried emailing, calling, and using live chat, but I keep getting disconnected or can't speak to anyone. It's really annoying and disappointing how unhelpful and uncommunicative the customer service team has been.
