    Shipment to Brazil

    I sent a parcel to Brazil in October 2025. Now informed in June 2026 that it is lost and i should claim.
    Sent claim form and price tickets of around £1000 of items in the box and informed that i need receipts.
    Only willing to refund the price of £95 for the shipping costs(not happy) so have passed this onto my solicitors to sort who have asked for the full tracking details to see who is at fault and who lost my shipment.
    I have sent more items as i am moving to Brazil with another company and it arrived in 3 weeks.
    I would advise due to my experience not to use ParcelCompare

       I have spoken with my solicitors this morning and they have advised that if the tracking from the time of the shipment sent to being missing is not available then the only thing that can be done is to serve noticed on the contact of Mr (L... E...) agent.
    The cost of missing items with the price tickets only, court costs and their costs would be reclaimed. 
    They also advised if the company offer half of the claim then i should accept this as this would be considered as not unreasonable.

    The agent is doing nothing expect saying without receipts he wont process a refund.
    But i have sent proof of purchase with the cost of the item tickets. These were Christmas presents for our grandchildren and can not afford to replace due to us both being pensioners.

    2 more emails sent and no reply. This is just a bad way to treat customers as they hide behind emails and just ignore you

    Latest reply. Offer 10% of the value.
    How can you buy replacement items when you have lost about £1000.
    Alternatively, you may buy a replacement item and send us the invoice. We will then process the claim and reimburse up to our maximum liability of 120.99 GBP.
    I will state again that you should search elsewhere as if they lose your package you get nearly nothing back. Very unhappy and totally disappointed with the service.

    parcel to be sent to Brazil

    Stay away from this company! I have been trying to locate my parcel since january and its always something new. the live tracking says one thing and when you contact the costumer service (robot only) it takes a few days to reply something completly diferent!
    Delay in customs, after is delay with the brazilian post service, after is return to sender and now its listed as prohibited item!
    theres no one to talk to, forget it. for a few pounds more you can find better company.

    I would strongly warn anyone against dealing with this company. They arranged through UPS to collect my parcel to deliver to Vietnam and collected very quickly. However they printed the wrong address to start with. Then once the parcel was in transit, they charged me another £46 on top of the £39 I paid to have it delivered. Their reasoning...it was an extended delivery and probably to a rural destination. It was going to HCM city. Quite a large city, if I remember! the customs form they ask you to filll in is not fit for purpose as you can only put a litle information on it and Vietnam needs a list of every item in the parcel. It took them so long to get the paperwork right, that Vietnam customs refused to admit the parcel, as the cakes in it were now out of date. So we lost the parcel and contents and had tp pay them over £80 for nothing. Be warned and do not use this company! I will certainly NEVER use them again. Stick to Royal Mail.

    UK domestic parcel deliver

    I mistakenly overwrote the delivery address with my collection address. I got in touch within minutes of the booking when I realised this. This is where the issues started. This company has no means to deal with customer service. They threaten cancellation charges and change of delivery address charges. There is no way to speak to anyone. I raised a ticket which is not easy in itself and get no responses. Their live chat is a joke.
    Save yourself money and book direct with the courier company Do not book with parcelcompare as they are just aggregators adding 10% to the normal charges with no customer service infrastructure if anything goes wrong or god forbid you need to contact them.
    I wish I could give less than 1 star.

    Parcelcompare damaged my parcel, disposed of it and refuse to refund

    I had sent 2 parcels with personal belongings (aquarium + accessories, guitar, sports gear) from the UK to Austria and the recipient (my husband) received an SMS saying we needed to pay taxes+import duties+admin fee of € 127.00 by 27/05.

    After we refused to pay, both parcels were returned to the UK, with only one of them being delivered (the guitar + sports gear) and the other one (fishtank + accessories) missing.

    On June 3rd, ParcelCompare sent an email to me and my husband (recipient) that the parcel (fishtank + accessories) has been delivered to him. It obviously wasn’t.

    The DPD app kept saying the parcel was either on its way, or they missed me, or they returned it to the depot etc.

    After talking to multiple customer service agents, I accidentally find out that in their system my parcel is under ‘broken and disposed’. No one notified me about that.

    My parcel is insured and I wanted to get a refund, sent an Excel spreadsheet with a list of items and prices, a PDF document with the invoices, as well as a couple of pictures of the parcel prior to its collection.

    ParcelCompare are unwilling to refund, saying that it’s basically all my fault, that my items were not professionally packed, that they are on the compensations exclusions list etc.

    Now I have lost both – the money for the shipment £68.69, as my parcels had never reached Austria, and the content of the parcel which amounts to over £360.

    The process of booking my international parcel delivery was easy and straightforward. However, I found that the pricing was a bit steep compared to other options out there. I was happy with how quickly my parcel was collected, as it was picked up within an hour of making the booking. Unfortunately, when it came to the delivery day, I received an email saying that there was no one available to sign for the parcel, even though it was being returned to a warehouse on a weekday morning. This led to unnecessary stress as I tried to sort it out, only to realise that the email had been sent to me by mistake. In the end, the service got the job done but there was definitely room for improvement.

    Delivery of haircare and candles to Singapore

    ABSOLUTE SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company will not payout. We had an adequately packaged parcel sent to Singapore which arrived completely battered and damaged. The company did not entertain offering any compensation even though we purchased the additional 'parcel protect'. Complete fraudsters and not sure how they are able to get away with carrying out business. Will be complaining to trading standards as they need to cease trading.

    Simple booking, collection issues

    I thought I was being clever by booking my collection with Parcel Compare, but it turned into a nightmare when FedEx didn't get the collection request. I had to go through a lot just to contact Parcel Compare to find out what went wrong. It was so stressful! And then, to make things worse, when they finally collected the package, they asked for ID, which I assumed was sorted when I made the booking. It was not a good experience and has definitely made me hesitate about using this service again.

    Parcel booking disappointment

    I had a bit of a nightmare recently with booking a parcel collection online. I had arranged for my parcel to be collected on a Monday and waited all day for the courier to show up, but they never did. I tried to get in touch with the company, but I never got a response. The website kept saying my parcel was still uncollected, which was really annoying and made me feel like they weren't taking any responsibility.     Oh my goodness, I can't believe it, my package actually made it to the USA early, all thanks to Parcel Compare and UPS! It was meant to arrive on the 31st of May, but it got there a whole 2 days ahead of schedule. My friend was absolutely thrilled and I was pleasantly surprised.     I recently used a parcel delivery service with this company to send a parcel internationally. I gave them the correct weight and dimensions of the package, booked UPS delivery on their site, and paid the delivery charges as required. However, 10 days later, a large amount of money was unexpectedly taken from my account without warning. When I asked about it, they said the dimensions I provided were wrong. I asked for proof of the error, but they wanted me to provide evidence, which seemed unfair because who takes photos of their parcel before sending it? I had problems with their lack of clear information and communication throughout the whole process. I strongly recommend not using this service. It took me more than a month of persistent chasing with both UPS and the company, but I eventually got a refund for the extra money they took.

    I was really impressed with the service I got from ParcelCompare. I had to send a big parcel with 3 fishing rods from Notts to the Isle of Wight, and I couldn't believe how fast it got there - less than 24 hours!     Express shipment to California

    My parcel arrived in California in perfect condition in just five days, which is the quickest delivery time I've ever experienced from a carrier. However, the whole process was kind of messed up. You see, my friend in California doesn't have a regular address, just a PO Box number. Your system couldn't handle that. After a few failed attempts, we managed to find a workaround with a different address.
    To make things worse, the system automatically scheduled a pick-up from my friend as well as a delivery, even though I never arranged for that. I was notified about this via email. I tried multiple times to cancel this unwanted pick-up, but no luck. I also couldn't find a contact number to speak to someone for help. It's a shame because I actually wanted to use your service again.
