Leather jacket and sandals
I purchased leather jacket online had to send it back as it was a bit big ,I had to send it back recorded delivery at a cost of £11 they should have a policy of free returns back . I went with my sister to Southport shop today The lovely assistant Emma her name was on the till receipt ! could not have been more helpful ,I purchased a leather jacket and sandals my sister also purchased 2 pair the customer service was excellent !!! Definitely go back again in the future thank you for your time and expertise and making are visit very welcoming .
