a little thank-you note in the parcel. Helpful.
Reluctant at first
Midway through a week I was sceptical about buying, I only looked because a friend mentioned them online. First sight made me cautious — then I had a mess with a different supplier and their team sorted it out for me, quickly and fuss-free. Not flawless, a small delay, but it does the job.
Sofa saved, ego intact
Honestly, I'm gobsmacked — this stuff actually works, and I didn't expect that. I ordered after seeing it on telly, then worried they'd lost it when tracking went quiet, but when it arrived I tried it straight on a cloth car seat stained by a dropped mascara brush. Loads of other products failed. One tiny squirt, a gentle rub, and the mark vanished, no drama. It's a bit pricey and I couldn't find it at Target or Walmart, but I'm oddly smug.
A mixed bag, but it did the job
I ordered this because we were moving and my bad back meant I couldn’t be on my knees forever — long story. The checkout was fine, but there’s another company using the same name which caused all kinds of confusion. Customer service replied, but initially they answered the wrong question, no, really the wrong thread; after a couple of messages they finally understood and sorted things out. Delivery turned up when they said it would and the cleaner actually shifted a few stubborn stains, so I’m relieved. Price felt a touch high though. Not perfect, but glad it worked out in the end.
Nice fit, awkward pads
it's stiff and joined in a way that stops you adjusting it, so it sits oddly and even gives a hint of nipple shape which I didn't expect. Maybe with a few wears it will relax, but right now it's the one thing that keeps me from loving it. Cute item, practical for everyday wear, but the padding spoils it slightly. Mixed feelings overall, a passable buy.
Looks better than it works
That moment when the parcel arrives and you think, oh right, finally — and then it all goes a bit flat. The bottle and packaging looked alright, I’ll give them that, but the product didn’t shift the grease on my car wheels at all. Bit disappointing. Delivery was slower than the tracking suggested and the courier left it in a weird spot, so I had to hunt it down, which didn’t help my mood. The real issue though was customer service. I emailed asking for a refund and got a very generic reply saying the item wasn’t bought from them — which I know isn’t true because the order confirmation came from their site and the review link was in the same email. Felt like a canned response, same wording I’ve seen on other complaints. Tried again, had to explain myself twice, and it’s been dragging on. To be fair, some other companies sorted refunds quickly, so I expected better. I’m mildly hopeful they’ll do the right thing, but right now I’m left with a sticky wheel and a slow-to-respond support team. Not terrible, but far from great.
Nearly put off by the name
I nearly walked away when I read the low scores — seemed like everyone had a meltdown over the name, which, annoyingly, matches a US cleaning brand. I was sceptical; thought I'd be buying into the same mess I've seen before from another seller that didn't honour returns. That kept me from ordering straight away. In the end I went for it and the doubts faded pretty quickly. The product is solid, packaging neat, customer replies were straightforward and not full of corporate waffle. Delivery was as promised, no dramas. It's not flawless — a couple of minor niggles — but far better than the mistaken bad reviews made me expect. If you spot the same confusing name, double-check what's being reviewed; this company deserves fairer feedback. I'd recommend giving them a try. Seriously, don't be put off by the noise.
About Abracadabra
