I ordered this suit for a colleague’s wedding and tried it on the day before the event — at first I assumed it would feel a bit cheap, but the cut was surprisingly decent and the fabric softer than I expected, which was a lovely surprise. There was a small sizing hiccup (probably my fault, I measured badly), but the team arranged an exchange without fuss and were friendly. Really pleased it worked out, saved me stress.
Surprisingly sorted in the end
Can't believe I'm saying this, but overall I'm glad I ordered from them. A mate spotted the suit on Instagram and nudged me to try it; first box had the wrong size so I was cross. They did try a few low offers to keep it, which annoyed me, but when I pushed for a proper return they upgraded my return postage and even sent a small alteration voucher as an apology. That genuinely surprised me — decent fix.
Suit saga — not a laugh
a jacket too big and trousers labelled 38 when I’d ordered a 32. They sent apologetic emails but not much help, so I had to sort something else at the last minute.
Turned a suit scramble into a win
In short, really happy I ordered here — surprised, actually. I needed a tux last minute for my brother's wedding after another shop messed up my measurements, and this place stepped in. The first suit wasn't quite what I expected (colour different), and yes I did have to return it, but the return process was straightforward and they refunded me quickly after a call. Alberto even chased up the courier, which was unexpected. Would use them again — decent price, decent service, did the job. Plus they did speedy alterations.
Wrong size, then silence
I ordered a suit and it turned up in the wrong size, which is annoying but mistakes happen. The real problem was the follow-up — or lack of it. I’ve chased them by email, used their contact form and even tried the phone; nobody replies, nothing updates on the returns page, and my return request just sits there. After a few weeks I checked other reviews and realised this radio silence isn’t rare. Delivery itself was unremarkable, arrived in the time window, but customer service and returns are clearly broken. Bit disappointed, to be honest. If you value help after purchase, I’d look elsewhere.
Almost there, then nothing
Halfway through the wedding prep I realised the suit never showed up. I’d ordered it weeks earlier for my dad, the site looked smart and the price seemed fair, so I paid for DHL and customs up front. First impression was positive from the photos, but that’s all it stayed. They apparently shipped via USPS without telling me, the parcel didn’t arrive, and I ended up being billed twice for bits of it. I never got the receipt, so no paperwork, and the company won’t answer messages. I never felt the fabric or tried the fit — frustrating — but my bank is sorting a dispute, so some things still work.
