bits of one design ending up on another product, text or artwork at the wrong angle, or leaflets folded on the wrong side. It sounds trivial until you open the box and realise an entire run is unusable. I always save screenshots from the moment I place an order, so I can prove what I sent them, and in many cases the evidence is clear-cut.
At first I assumed it was me — maybe an upload hiccup, user error — but once you get a few of these it becomes obvious it isn't. Customer service will often tell you it's not their fault. They do offer a £2.99 "we'll check your artwork" add-on, but honestly, in my experience that wouldn't have fixed these issues because the files were correct. What seems to be the issue is their internal handling: the printing room not following the online specs, or their process slipping somewhere between click and press.
To be fair, they will usually make some attempt to put it right. More often than not you get store credit or points that cover a reprint, and eventually you get what you needed. It’s just the way they do it — no straight apology, no clean take-responsibility fix, more of a defensive stance and then a slow correction. That left me sceptical at first, but after several rounds of proof and a couple of successful reprints I ended up with decent products. So: irritating, avoidable mistakes, clumsy customer handling, but ultimately they can sort things out — with effort and patience.Late-night relief
I'd put away what I thought was my future, then suddenly my account was frozen and the company went cold on me. I was sceptical of every reply after that, because you don't forget feeling duped. I needed help badly — after a bad run with a broker I couldn't withdraw, I felt stuck, anxious and a bit foolish.
At first I kept my guard up. I questioned everything they asked me to do, I double-checked, I stalled, I wanted proof. But they were patient and kept showing progress. The moment I knew I was actually going to get my money back was small and almost absurd: a confirmation email and then the bank notification. I remember pacing the kitchen, phone in my hand, reading the lines over and over. It wasn't fireworks, more like a steady certainty settling in.
They weren't perfect, there were a couple of missed timings and I had to chase things, which is why I'm not blindly praising them. But they did what they said they'd do — recovered what I had invested and took the edge off a pretty dark period. I'm glad I gave them a go, despite my doubts. If you're wrestling with a frozen withdrawal or a dodgy broker, this lot might be worth contacting — just keep your scepticism, ask questions, and insist on updates. For me it turned panic into a manageable, actually relieved, outcome.
