I recently bought an American fridge/freezer from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole experience. They delivered the item super quickly, just 3 days after I ordered it. The delivery guys were amazing, they even carried the fridge/freezer through the garden and patio doors and placed it exactly where I wanted it. They were so polite, helpful, and friendly, it was really great. The fridge/freezer itself is top quality, I'm really happy with it. I'll definitely think about buying from this company again in the future. I was a bit unsure about buying online at first, but I found that this company offered the same product at a better price than places like Currys.
American fridge freezer
I recently bought an American fridge freezer from Appliance Electronics and it was absolutely fantastic! I hadn't shopped there before, but the service was top-notch. I placed my order on a Thursday evening and got a call on Friday morning to confirm. The fridge was delivered on Saturday morning by some really great delivery drivers. I can't quite recall their names, maybe one of them was Nick, but they were really friendly and helpful. They managed to get the big fridge up 3 steps, unpacked it, and brought it right into my kitchen. This is exactly how customer service should be, much better than other companies. I will definitely be coming back here to shop again, no doubt about it!
Microwave oven
I had a brilliant experience with Appliance Electronics! They were top-notch from beginning to end. The price I got for my new microwave oven was really good, especially because the product itself is high quality. They kept me in the loop the whole way through the ordering process, which was fab. When it was time for delivery, everything went smoothly. The delivery team turned up on time and were super helpful in setting up the appliance. I was so excited to finally find the exact model I'd been searching for at Appliance Electronics, especially considering it was sold out everywhere else. The delivery came really fast, and I got regular updates on where my item was. Even though it was shipped internationally, I got it in less than a week.

I recently bought a fridge/freezer from Appliance Electronics and I have to say, the whole experience was fantastic. They arranged for delivery the day after that and sent me an email with clear instructions about the delivery times and how to deal with my old appliance. It all went really well and went exactly as planned.
Refrigerator delivery mix-up
So, something funny happened with my refrigerator delivery. Basically, I accidentally ordered the wrong model and ended up without a fridge for a big family event. But then along came Raj and Arnold, the delivery guys who really saved the day! These two great guys not only sorted out my mistake with no fuss, but they also went the extra mile to make sure I had a working fridge in time for my celebration. I really can't express enough how grateful I am for their kindness and efficiency. Absolutely fantastic service, well done to those lads!

Outdoor oven cover purchase.
I bought a cover for my outdoor oven from Appliance Electronics not long ago. It came on time and in good shape, but turns out they sent me the wrong one. I got in touch with their customer service and within an hour, they refunded me because they didn't have the right cover in stock. The service was top-notch from beginning to end, and I'm really happy with how quickly they sorted everything out.
Ninja BBQ
I bought a Ninja BBQ from this shop not long ago and I have to say, I wasn't too happy with how it all went down. I placed my order on the 6th of May because it said the item was in stock and would be delivered by the 8th of May. But, I didn't get any updates, so I had to check on my order myself on the 14th of May. They told me the soonest it could arrive would be Thursday the 16th of May. Unfortunately, because both employees were busy, I had to wait until the 22nd of May for it to show up. The lack of communication and poor customer service I experienced throughout this process really let me down and left me feeling disappointed. Turns out, a mate of mine ordered the same thing after me from a different site and got it in just 2 days - wish I'd done the same!

The price of the Ninja pizza oven with table was really good, and the delivery was super quick. The communication all the way through was spot on, and I've already told my family and mates about this company. I'd definitely go back to them in the future.

Today we had our new fridge freezer delivered by two amazing gentlemen - Raj and Arnold. They were so polite, cheerful, and helpful. It was really nice to chat with them and they made the delivery go smoothly without any stress. It was great to see such dedication and professionalism in delivery drivers. We were really impressed by their service and are so grateful for all their hard work.
Home appliance
I bought something from this company the other day, but it was a bit of a nightmare. I paid for it in advance and then had to wait a ridiculous 6 months for it to arrive. It wasn’t until I kicked up a fuss and asked for my money back that they told me it would be delivered the next day, completely out of the blue. This lack of communication and disrespect for my time really let me down. I definitely won’t be giving them my business again.
American Fridge Freezer purchase
I was well impressed with the service I got from Raj & Arnold at Appliance Electronics. They were great at keeping me updated on delivery times and really nice guys when they brought my American Fridge Freezer. It only took 3 working days from when I ordered it to when it arrived, which was pretty amazing. I would definitely recommend this company for their quick and friendly service.
Purchased an RC car body shell
I bought an RC car body shell from this shop not long ago. But when it arrived, the box was all squashed and the body shell inside was all banged up. The delivery guy said it came like that. I'm not sure if it was the shop's fault or the delivery company's, but one thing's for sure - the way they packed the battery and body shell wasn't good enough to stop it getting damaged on the way here.
Cooker
I bought a cooker from Appliance Electronics not long ago, and it was all good. Their website was really easy to use, I found the cooker I wanted without any hassle and it was reasonably priced. Ordering it was straightforward and I didn't have any problems at the checkout.
Equipment delivery and removal
