Cooker and hood combo
My experience with Appliance People was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I had a look at their website and then got a call from a really helpful guy named Jonathan. He really took the time to understand what I needed and gave me lots of options and prices. He even went above and beyond by sending me some pictures via email so I could check out all the different colours available. I managed to find the perfect cooker and hood for my new kitchen at a really good price, it was actually the cheapest option out there. The customer service I got was top-notch, and Jonathan's knowledge and expertise just made everything so easy. The team at Appliance People really made sure my order was delivered on time, they were so accommodating. I'm really impressed with how professional and efficient they were, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Appliance People to anyone looking for quality appliances.

Extractor purchase
I bought an extractor from Appliance People and they said it would arrive the week of 11th March. At first, they were good at communicating when we bought it. However, I've been trying to get hold of them all week to check the delivery date, but they haven't been responding to any of my messages. It's really disappointing and frustrating that they're not keeping in touch.
Washing machine purchase
I made the mistake of buying a washing machine from this company, or should I say, one of its many versions. The whole thing was a total nightmare. They not only didn't bring my washing machine on time, but they also had the nerve to give silly excuses for the delay. Once, they even said my washing machine was stuck in a container on the Suez Canal! The level of incompetence and lies is unbelievable. I really recommend avoiding this company unless you like being deceived and throwing away your money.
Competitive pricing and excellent communication
I came across The Appliance People while randomly searching on Google, and I'm so happy I did. The product I bought was competitively priced, and after a brief phone call to double-check everything, I went ahead and placed my order. The communication from then on was fantastic - they kept me updated at every stage. My delivery even showed up earlier than expected, and I got a follow-up message to make sure I was happy with my purchase. All in all, I can't fault the service I got from The Appliance People.
Range cooker purchase
I've been redoing my kitchen and needed to get myself a new range cooker. I checked out loads of websites and found that Appliance People had the best price. I got in touch with Dominic and he was really helpful in sorting out my order. The website was dead easy to use and I only had to wait a couple of weeks for my cooker to turn up. Dominic and the gang were absolutely fantastic and I'm over the moon with what I got. If you're after some new appliances, make sure you give Appliance People a look!
Fridge freezer click and collect
I ordered a fridge freezer online and opted for the click and collect option. When I arrived at the showroom/warehouse, there was this guy named Jonathan. He was really helpful and friendly. Jonathan assisted us in loading the fridge freezer into our car and even went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted. The product is fantastic, the price is reasonable, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this place! Definitely a 5-star rating from me!

I recently bought a cooker from Appliance People, and I must say I am really happy with how everything went. Extractor fan ordered
I ordered an extractor fan from this company a month ago and I still haven't received it. They took my money immediately, but it looks like they forgot to actually send me the product. I've tried reaching out to them through messages and calls, but it seems like they've vanished. I had to open a case with PayPal just to get a response. It's really unacceptable, I'm very disappointed.
Cooker hood ordered in November
I bought a cooker hood from this shop back in November, and at first, everything was going well. They told me it wouldn't be ready until the end of January, which I was cool with. But since then, I've heard nothing. No replies to my emails, the phone just keeps ringing, and the online chat is never available. It's really frustrating to be treated so poorly. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from this store to anyone. In fact, I've had to get my credit card company involved because of this total lack of communication and customer service.
Quick and easy purchase
The delivery was really quick and simple. We had a bad experience with another company, but Appliance People really saved the day for us. The delivery driver was so polite and helpful. We'll definitely be shopping with them again!
Oven and cooker hood purchase
I bought an oven and cooker hood from Appliance People back in November last year. At first, they were really helpful and agreed to keep the items for me until March. But ever since then, getting the delivery sorted has been a total nightmare. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but still no sign of my order. Their lack of communication and responsiveness is really disappointing. Looks like I'll have to ask for a refund and take this problem to the next level.

I just bought a washing machine from this shop and I have to say, the customer service was top-notch! Wendy really went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed, even though they didn't have the model I originally wanted in stock. She was really honest and helped me find a great alternative. It felt like I was getting that classic, personal service that you don't see much these days. I would definitely recommend them!
Rangemaster Cooker purchase
I purchased a cooker from this place, but they totally scammed us! We decided to pay by bank transfer because their card machine was mysteriously "not working" - such a dodgy move! Nigel sounded really convincing on the phone, but now we're out of pocket and have gone ahead and reported them to the bank, police, and even their accountants. Our summer holiday plans have been completely ruined because of these dishonest scammers!
Cooker purchase
The company really came through on their promises and they even brought the cooker a day earlier than expected, which was great for me. The cooker was just what we needed and the delivery team were so helpful and on time, they even let me know they were on the way. I would definitely go with this company again.

It felt like I was dealing with a company that didn't really exist. It's pretty clear that this company is not reliable at all, so I would strongly advise you to steer well clear of them. Don't bother wasting your time or risking your hard-earned cash with Appliance People.
Got an oven
I bought an oven from this place, and it was alright at first. But then when I asked for delivery, they completely ignored me - like a bad date. No emails, no calls - nothing!! I'm pretty sure they took my money and disappeared. I'm really angry and upset about it.
