Pergola with ground mountings
When I ordered my pergola with ground mountings, I found the process really easy and straightforward. However, after getting my confirmation, I realised that the order was wrong and needed to be changed. The customer service team were really quick to help and sorted it out without any problems, which I really appreciated. Their quick response and willingness to fix the mistake impressed me.
When the kit arrived, I found that putting it together was tougher than I thought. The instructions were a bit confusing and not as clear as I'd hoped. It ended up taking longer than I expected to build, but in the end, the pergola looked beautiful and was really good quality.Table and four benches

Large field shelter purchase

Cool plant
This company is amazing, the plant I received was really lovely. I was a bit disappointed at first because my delivery was delayed due to some boring public holidays, but they kept me informed and the plant arrived perfectly fine, with lots of leaves. Now it's in my garden growing like mad!
5ft table and 2 benches
I bought the 5ft table and 2 benches after seeing them in a holiday home in Wales because they looked fantastic. They can comfortably seat 4 people but could fit 6 if necessary. They are really solid and easy to assemble, even for someone like me who isn't great at DIY. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends!
High-quality product, difficult delivery
The product itself is great, can't fault it at all. But let me tell you, getting it delivered and put together has been an absolute nightmare both times I've ordered from this company. I tried to change the delivery date, but no luck - it still came on the original day. And to top it off, the delivery guy was so rude to my partner when she wasn't ready for him. Then the assembly dragged on for weeks the first time round, and even though the driver did stay late to get it finished, his attitude left a lot to be desired.
Workbench for kitchen
The company was really good to deal with, they kept me updated and were happy for me to postpone my delivery, which made things so much easier. The workbench I purchased turned out to be even nicer than I thought, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. I am really pleased with my purchase!
Wooden planter box
I ordered a wooden planter box and when it eventually turned up, I was really pleased with how nice it looked. The quality was top-notch and it was exactly what I wanted. However, it took ages to arrive. It ended up being 2 weeks late and nobody could give me a proper reason for the delay. I even rang them up twice and still got no clear answer. But overall, I'm just thankful I finally got my hands on that planter box because it's brilliant.
