I popped them on at breakfast and knew I was happy the minute the fit felt right — light, sits well on my nose and no sliding when I cycle to work. Took about two weeks to arrive; I had silence from customer support for a few days which annoyed me, but after a follow-up they handled an exchange and sorted it. Useful for daily reading and commuting, pleased.
When silence said it all
I ordered something on 9 February. After a week they finally emailed to say it was out of stock — I felt oddly relieved at that point, like OK, at least they replied. Then nothing. I chased them at least five times for a refund of $342, no reply, no refund. The moment I was satisfied was when I just accepted I had to dispute the charge myself. Don’t trust the “in stock” tag.
Nice shades, rubbish follow-up
I actually like the glasses — they’re comfy and the tint's great for cycling to work and for lazy weekends. Trouble was getting them. I had emails saying someone would be in touch, then nothing for days, and days. I kept using the site chat and had to nudge them a couple of times before another promise appeared. It took about a month from 'available' to finally arriving, which is a pain. The sunnies themselves do the job, no glam flaws, but the slow delivery and flaky customer service really spoiled the experience. I’m looking at other shops now.
Last-minute specs saga
use the email at the bottom of your order confirmation, that’s what helped me. Anyway, despite the slow start it did arrive within the original window and the courier was pretty quick once it left. I wear them all the time on the commute and for reading on holiday, so that mattered. Not perfect, but I'll order again; a bit stressful but ended up fine.
Odd start, happy ending
Bought this with a bit of dread, honestly. I worried it wouldn't arrive — after ordering I even got that weird email saying the item wasn't available and would be produced later. No reply at first, which annoyed me. But I decided to wait, and glad I did. It turned up a week later, well packed, and actually looks better than photos. I've been using it every morning for my commute and it's made things easier, proper surprise. The odd silence from customer service stayed, but the product itself cured most doubts. Happy I stuck with it.
