use the email at the bottom of your order confirmation, that’s what helped me. Anyway, despite the slow start it did arrive within the original window and the courier was pretty quick once it left. I wear them all the time on the commute and for reading on holiday, so that mattered. Not perfect, but I'll order again; a bit stressful but ended up fine.
Odd start, happy ending
Bought this with a bit of dread, honestly. I worried it wouldn't arrive — after ordering I even got that weird email saying the item wasn't available and would be produced later.
