Quick and efficient customer service
I was actually quite pleased with the customer service I got from this company. Despite having some doubts at first, the Customer Delight Team really helped me out in a prompt and professional way. I had a chat with a lady called Poppy, who was kind, friendly, and knew her stuff. Being deaf, I struggle with phone calls but Poppy made it all easy and enjoyable. She sorted out my problem quickly and I felt much better. I even placed a new order while she was helping me out. I have to say, Poppy is a real asset to the company. If you're after something special, give this company a go - I really do recommend them.
Bunch of dried flowers
First time that I have received flowers from your company. From the outset, it appears that much thought has gone into sourcing, arranging and delivering vibrant and joyful blooms. Environmentally friendly, pretty packaging and informative literature added to my pleasure of receiving flowers despite the sadness of the day.
One suggestion would be, to put an arrow on the box to indicate which way it should be transported as mine were left upside down and the more fragile stems (helichrysum and delphinium) suffered.
Overall, though a happy recipient. Minnie Lamplugh de SmithFlowers stunning arrived when needed from friends, post man put them on the step, instructions clear, flowers needed only a few hours to flourish, colours lovely really looked the festive part

I received a very sad box of bloom and wild. Can’t find a way to review on their site. Obviously told sender they were lovely but 3 of the 5 roses had bent stems just below the flower so unable to use. Others were squashed and dry. Would never send from this company after this.
Beautiful flower arrangements
I came across this fantastic online flower shop and let me tell you, I've never looked back! The ordering process is super easy and they have such a wide variety of flowers to choose from. The prices are really reasonable too, which is always a bonus. Everyone I've sent flowers to has been delighted with their gift. Not a single bad review in sight! Recently, I sent some peonies to my daughter and she was so happy with them. She said, "Thanks for the peonies mum. They are so beautiful." What more can I say? This company is truly amazing and I hope they keep doing well.
Get well flower bouquet
I felt a bit let down when my get well flower bouquet turned up and the roses weren't looking great. So, I thought I'd drop an email to the customer service team, attaching some snaps of the flowers and explaining my worries. To my delight, they really stepped up to fix things. They got back to me quickly, said sorry for the not-so-great flowers in the first place, and offered to send me a fancier bouquet at no extra cost. The new bouquet was a real showstopper, and it totally brightened my day. I'm really grateful for the fantastic customer service they provided.

FLOWERS WERE A GIFT
I received these lovely flowers as a birthday gift. When opened they really looked like they were sleeping and had slept for a considerable time. Letterbox flowers, diverse selection
I happened to stumble upon this company and thought I'd give them a go instead of the bigger companies. I was really impressed with the service they offered. I particularly liked the option for letterbox flowers, it made things easier. Even though they didn't always have my favourite lilies, they always had a good variety of flowers that were in season. Overall, I'm really pleased with the flowers and the whole experience.
Flowers for wife
I recently ordered some flowers for my wife because she's been feeling a bit under the weather. She hasn't been out of the house for a couple of days and so I thought some flowers might cheer her up. But, the company said their delivery driver tried to drop them off two times and no one was there to receive them. I find it hard to believe that no one was home when there's a car parked in our driveway. A simple ring of the doorbell or knock on the door would have sorted everything out.
I used to have a monthly subscription with this company, but I'm actually quite relieved that I didn't renew it. Even though the flowers would have been nice, they never made it to our doorstep. Flower bouquet
The flowers arrived on time and apparently looked gorgeous, but I can't be sure because they were a gift. The delivery wasn't great, though. They just left the bouquet by the bins and I had to send a picture to the person I gave it to so they could find it. It was strange that they didn't bring it to the door, especially since someone was in, and they didn't even try to let them know the flowers were there.
Replacement flowers
I had a bit of a problem with my order from this company because the flowers turned up in a battered box that was sort of open. But I was really impressed by how fast they dealt with it and their top-notch customer service. They straight away suggested sending me some new flowers and even gave me some credit on my account. It was a lovely gesture and proved that they know how to deal with issues in a quick and efficient way.
Letter box flowers
I really love the flowers that come in a letterbox, they are so lovely and cool. The customer service is truly amazing - they helped me to send a gift and when it couldn't be delivered, they sorted it out right away. I also needed a VAT receipt, and they sorted that out super quickly. They really know the meaning of 'care,' which is just awesome!
