I had a moment where communication lagged — a follow-up call took longer than I hoped — but it was sorted eventually. Price-wise it's reasonable but not cheap; I would have liked clearer upfront costs on the site, that would help decision-making. Delivery was punctual and the carer turned up on time, which matters. All in all it does what it says, and does it well enough to recommend to others who want a dependable service without fuss. If I had one tip for them: be a bit quicker with callbacks and show more explicit pricing online. Small fixes would make it near-perfect.

In practice the dashboard felt empty and a bit clunky, and most of the features they advertised were either buried or simply missing. We spent time clicking around, trying different settings, and even checked their site for the same features because we kept thinking we’d missed something. We hadn’t. It was frustrating and, frankly, felt like handing over money for a promise rather than a service. Compared to other suppliers we’ve used before — those at least sent a few enquiries even if they weren’t great quality — this was scarce. After a few polite reminders we got some replies from support, slow and a bit defensive, but not helpful enough. In the end we cancelled and stopped chasing it. Not a disaster, but also not what we paid for. Lesson learned: ask for real proof of leads or a trial before you commit. Slight relief now that it’s closed — and a bit wiser.
