Standing at the foot of a mountain of forms, I wasn't sure who to trust. Needed conveyancing for my first home — had a worrying previous chat with another firm — but James stepped in, calm and quick, and pretty much sorted it. Felt relieved, really.
Straightforward and timely
Booked the RICS Level 2 Home Buyers Survey with GOTO a couple of weeks ago; at first it felt straightforward and no fuss. Midway through the survey I realised I was genuinely pleased — the report landed within 24 hours and Lewis Hall answered every query promptly, clear and practical. Good value, no hard sell, would use him again.
Quick but proper job
I'll admit I was a bit wary at first - survey people, you know the sort - but George put me at ease. He answered quickly and, well, not in that robotic way; he actually talked through what we needed and helped sort a follow-up without faff. The survey itself felt proper and useful — detailed but readable, not buried in jargon. Reports came on time and were easy to use when chatting with the builder. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or tell a mate to try, honestly pretty impressed.
Helpful, with a hiccup
he even chased a missing document and resolved it the same day. Fair prices, helpful service — I'd use GoTo again, for sure.
