Pulled the box in, put the lamp on the side table and honestly I grinned like a prat — proper nice finish. I started using the pieces the day they arrived — packaging was solid and first impressions were spot on. Katie was brilliant, kept me updated and sorted a tiny hiccup. Feels homely now, really pleased, would recommend
Good help, delivery mostly smooth
Was a bit unsure at first — been let down by other firms before — but Katie was genuinely helpful and quick to reply. The table feels proper luxury, heavy and well finished, much better than some online photos suggest. Delivery arrived on time, though the driver was a bit brusque and one corner had a tiny scuff. Customer service sorted the rest without faff. All in all I'm glad I bought it, would buy again.
Nearly a DIY disaster, turned classy
I was halfway up a slightly wobbly ladder when I realised these lights actually change the room — the hallway now feels like a tiny boutique hotel and the kitchen looks calmer when the pendants are on. The chandelier has a reassuring weight and the kitchen lights give a warm, even glow that makes breakfast less of a chore. We fitted them a week after poking around the showroom; being able to handle the pieces helped a lot. Michael and Katie were patient with our indecision and suggested bulbs that softened everything. A few minor fitting faffs, but really pleased.
