Luggage arrived safely
I planned to spend my holiday, with my grandma, in Paris. I had packed up my luggage and was quite uncomfortable about the idea of traveling with my luggage which could be quite stressful. Then, my friend, Juliet told me about Eelway. She gave me full information about the company and I also checked them online. Then I decided to make use of this service to travel my luggage a day before my departure. I was a bit scared my luggage might get missing but was happy to be informed my luggage had gotten to its destination safely.
What a trusted company would use again.Luggage storage at train station
I had a go at booking luggage storage at the train station but didn't get any info on where to drop off my cases. I got in touch with them straight away but still didn't get a confirmation email. So, in the end, I had to lug my luggage around as Eelway didn't deliver the service I paid for. They didn't even give me my money back! Avoid using this site, it's terrible.
Online booking for luggage storage
I attempted to book online to store my luggage in Toulouse. Even after confirming my card details three times, the booking button just wouldn't cooperate. It seems like the transactions are in a bit of a mess as no money has been deducted from my account, but the booking didn't go through either. It was quite annoying and disappointing, to be honest.
Luggage storage and delivery
Oh dear, I don't know where my parcel is or when it's coming. I'm really not happy with the service.
