Was half expecting a tedious slog selling my two-bed, but honestly this lot made it dead easy. I didn’t want the full high-street circus — just to get it on Rightmove and move on — and they sorted that faster than I thought. Their team answered my calls, replied properly to messages and the online portal for viewings and offers was actually simple, which was a nice surprise. I did my own photos and a basic floorplan to save cash and they were fine with that, no drama. Within a week of going live I’d taken an offer. Compared to other companies where you chase people, this felt way more straightforward. Would recommend if you want speedy service without the fuss.
Decent service, some hiccups
viewings went up, people were actually relevant, and we had serious interest within weeks instead of dragging on. The customer service was consistently helpful — practical advice, quick responses and a real sense that someone knew what they were doing. Delivery of the service, meaning getting the listing live, arranging photos and handling viewers, was reliable and faster than I'd expected. There are small annoyances: the messaging app they use can be glitchy, messages sometimes lag or duplicate; they said it's being worked on. Overall I was relieved more than ecstatic — solid experience, would tell others to try it.
