Prescription glasses with thin lenses
I had a really good experience with eOpticians. Because I was on a budget, I thought I'd give their online service a go for my new glasses prescription. I was pleasantly surprised by the big savings compared to regular opticians. The process of ordering was easy, and I managed to choose a pair of glasses with my prescription lenses at a much lower price than other places. I ordered on a Monday and got my glasses the next Tuesday, all in perfect condition. I was especially impressed by the thin lenses, which didn't cost me any extra for my -2 prescription. The tracking info they gave me let me keep an eye on the delivery from Hungary to Royal Mail in England. All in all, I'm really happy with the service and product quality from eOpticians.

I'm really happy to say that my experience with eOpticians was brilliant. The service they gave me was top quality, and I would definitely recommend this company to others. I've made a few purchases from them now, and I can't find any faults with how professional and efficient they are. The prices at eOpticians are much cheaper than other contact lens suppliers, so it's a great choice if you want to save some cash. I was a bit disappointed at first when I found out they don't offer next day delivery as items come from abroad, but I was happy to hear that they're working on being based in the UK soon so they can provide this service. I'll definitely be coming back as a customer and carrying on supporting this company.

The value for money you get from eOpticians is really good. When I bought contact lenses, I was happy with the quality of them. It did take a bit longer than I would have liked for the delivery to arrive - about two weeks. But, in the current situation, I think that's alright. The package came from Hungary and was delivered by both Hungarian post and Royal Mail. Even though I'd read some worrying reviews about deliveries, I didn't have any big problems myself. However, I did get a strange text from Royal Mail a few days before the package arrived, asking for delivery info and payment. I told Royal Mail about it and they said it was a scam. It was a bit scary, but luckily it didn't spoil my overall experience with eOpticians.
Prescription Swimming Goggles
I'm so pleased with my prescription swimming goggles from eOpticians. I was a bit unsure at first due to my tricky prescription, but these goggles have been fantastic. I waited a year and a half before writing this review to make sure they held up well, and I can say without a doubt that they're still great. The vision is even better than with my normal glasses, and the goggles themselves are really high quality. If you have a difficult prescription like me, I really suggest giving eOpticians a go - they really come through.

I've been trying to get some support, but their website is absolutely useless! They've only got one email and I never get a response. I'm starting to wonder if they've just taken my money and disappeared!

The contact lenses I ordered have finally arrived, but I've been waiting ages for the cashback they promised. It was a good chunk of money off, which made them a better deal than other options. Unfortunately, the cashback didn't come through automatically, and even though TopCashback tried to follow up with the claim, eOpticians haven't gotten back to them.
Recent contact lens solution purchase
I was really disappointed with the contact lens solution I bought from eOpticians recently. I got three bottles of solution and was surprised to see that they were all going to expire within a month. It made me worried because it seems like they weren't paying attention or taking care when they sent them out. Now I'm not so sure about how good their quality control is.
Glasses purchase
I recently bought some awesome new glasses from this really cool website. The company is great, they give you all the info you need about your purchase and I just keep going back for more. They even sorted out my cashback properly on my first order. The prices are really good for genuine products. Plus, if you spend over £40, you get free delivery which is brilliant.
Misleading purchase
I was really let down by my order from this company. I was under the impression I was getting a bargain on 6 boxes of lenses, but to my surprise, I got 55 individual lenses at a really high price. What's worse is they came months later in 5 lens boxes with 'not for resale' written on them, which is just absurd. I tried to contact the company about it, but they never got back to me. Needless to say, I won't be dealing with this company again.
Fast delivery, authentic products
I ordered from a company based in London, but I found out that it's actually owned by someone from Hungary. The delivery was really quick and the items I received were genuine. I would definitely buy from them again.
Expectation vs Reality
I recently bought something from this company, thinking that because they seem to be UK-based, my order would arrive quickly. But, turns out it was actually coming from Hungary, so I had to wait a long time for my stuff. It was annoying to be misled about delivery times, so I won't be buying from them again.
Contact lenses
My experience with eOpticians wasn't great. The customer service team was helpful, but my order was delayed a lot. I ordered a year's supply on the 5th of May and was told it would arrive in 5-15 days. However, on the 7th of May, I was told not everything was in stock, and it wouldn't be dispatched until the 17th of May with a 5-20 day wait. This happened again on the 17th of May, pushing the delivery to the 27th/28th of May. I only received a partial order for one eye on the 18th of May. I asked for a refund on the 10th of June, and got some money back by mid-June, but I'm still waiting for a £400 refund as of the 2nd of July. In comparison, Lensstore and FeelGood Contacts were much better, with my orders arriving promptly the next day. It seems like eOpticians might be having some issues, maybe because of Brexit. In the end, while eOpticians have good prices, I suggest being super organised and ordering well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Opti-Free Puremoist solution
I bought two bottles of Opti-Free Puremoist solution from eOpticians not long ago. Sadly, when the order came, I found out they had expired two months ago. It was really disappointing because I use this product every day for my eye care routine. I tried to get in touch with the customer service team at eOpticians straight away to sort out the problem, but I still haven't heard back from them. The lack of communication and not fixing the issue quickly has made me feel let down by my whole experience.

What a nightmare! I tried reaching out to them via email and phone calls, but it was like banging my head against a brick wall. After a lot of effort, I finally got through to someone on the phone who informed me that they couldn't supply the prescription glasses I required. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating due to the lack of communication and unhelpful service.
